Chris and Ethan fight. Before Chris kills Ethan, you play through his version of the story.
Subversion at its finest.
"Well the devs started it!" That's a good one. By the way, they're also removing some of Shep's crotch shots. However will we know what Liara's revamped expressions mean if we can't see that too? Such. Cringe.
As if any person bought the original because of a booty shot, get real. The people complaining would've found something else menial to strut their internet feathers over.
The trailer made a huge deal out of who he is... This being a "continuation" of his story... Maybe it's linked well and there's a good effort to bridge the story.
But I'm picky with horror titles. If it seems hamstrung-just-because, it might be a symptom of a cheesy effort all around.
"Oh creepy, sounds in a different room!" "Ah something I wasn't expecting was behind this door in a completely silent room!" An...
In three years, we'll know who bought it when we see CDPR pull a Bethesda and sue a developer based on its glitches
Unacceptable is a term so relative to the beholder. Sony puts Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition on sale for $9.99 any time they have a sale (even before the rumors of a PC version), but it was for some rationale totally fine to release it for $49.99 when it hit Steam and Epic, in a pretty bugged state too.
A new map is getting added to Halo 3 after allll these years. I've no doubt we'll eventually get every weapon/permutation into Infinite.
A Doom crossover weapon pack (a la Unreal in Warframe) would be beautiful though.
That's crazy how you could get a free Collector's pack from a magazine subscription, and now they artificially time-limit their "celebrations."
After Mario 3D All Stars, it's a guarantee we won't get Master Quest Ocarina of Time :/
"So sad what they've become..." "Butt canceling..." "... The identity of the game." Perverts so triggered about a tacky camera angle getting adjusted, that they can't be bothered to pretend to read an article about... specific technical enhancements on the one character shown off for the next game.
So?
I've played on Series S and PC. It's far from AAA (performance, animations, jankiness in controls in places where the camera switches which is almost every other room), but the story is strong and well-written so far, and I'm enjoying the walking-sim/adventure aspect of the gameplay. At the point now where Troy Baker's character gets introduced.
The darker tone of the story is a good contrast to Call of the Sea.
That must be so disappointing for the devs. To get so close to the finish line on this game with its legacy, to hear yes yes until the very end of the project. At least now it can be enjoyed.
So many people are dismissing the use of UE3... And I really don't get why - Mortal Kombat 11 is another really good looking game still using it instead of 4.
How cool it would be if they use Astro as a way to announce new hardware?
Push out a new level and have us unlock a PSVR2 render. Or a DualSense Back Button Attachment.
That's a lot of words to push your own narrative on this. Excusing censorship influenced from an external source (bigoted ideological conservative talking points) as totally fine. But when it comes from within (getting rid of a camera angle) it's clearly politically motivated.
Dude. They wrote out LGBT stories exactly because of ideological and political influence!
Yeah, N4G didn't blow that one up. Jack and Jacob Taylor. Jack was to be pan/bi and Jacob was to be gay. The original products were the result of self-censorship just as this is.

For those unaware - these are also the guys that made Destruction Allstars.
Sony also has exclusives with others that made games for MS - Sumo Digital not only made Sackboy, but also the campaign mode for Crackdown 3, and they did LittleBigPlanet 3 before that.
Seeing the Unreal Tournament snippets during the Game Awards... for it to turn into Warframe DLC got me so hyped then disappointed. I'd love a new one, but Epic wouldn't let the rights of a game named after the engine go to anyone else.
Bluepoint seems to be the most obvious grab. As for Konami assets, that seems to be not unlike that Microsoft-acquiring-Sega rumor.
The original trilogy we now know was censored because of fear from Fox News backlash on at least two characters. But now, a change in a camera angle (not character interactions or stories like what happened with the original releases, just a camera angle) and you all cry censorship-boycott?
If only there were some consistency to the things you all claim to stand for.
There are 6x more Switch owners than Wii U at this point. We're a small breed :/ that probably all bought MK8 again
