One platform holder is making as many games 120fps as they can.
Another platform holder announces their games in 30fps and has to tell you in a press release there will be a performance mode... if we lose 60fps on major titles, which I completely doubt, Sony's conditioning us for it.

Halo is looking second only to Forza as opposed to last year looking last gen. What a huuuge problem they have now!
Game looks fantastic in today's overview, gameplay and, yes, all those nicely lit pixels too.

I like these short windows between announcement and show-off, like how they did the PC overview last week.
Windows does have weird behavior with HDR though, and there are games on PC that exclude HDR but do have it on console. I want to say even Halo MCC is one.
By weird, sometimes I'll turn the toggle on in Windows Display Settings and my monitor's colors will bleed, or a weird grey filter seems to apply. But it resolves itself when I switch to only my secondary monitor and switch back... every time. Then there are game-specific issues, where RE Village would disable HD...
Because it's a well-made game that hits the notes fans of the franchise and the genre like. There's a difference between disagreeing on opinions and opinions being wrong - and this review definitely falls into that "wrong" category.
