Let's not forget that Media Molecule might still have another surprise for us! They did say they loved the reaction they got when the game was first shown and they'd like to surprise people again. That could mean they've still got something nice up their sleeves that we've yet to see!
Even regardless of another big announcement... I can totally see this game becoming the next big thing. It just looks to have everything going for it.

Metacritic should not effect an individuals opinion of the game at all. Just because a game may not have a 90 or higher there doesn't mean it's not a AAA title. Well, I don't think either side should ever rub sales numbers in the others face, personally... but I know here at N4G that isn't likely to change. I hope that SOME people have learned from this that you can't go by Patcher or VGCraps though. They're so inaccurate they shouldn't even be allowed on this site. And I think it's dumb when either side will use those made up numbers to brag.
As for the 'official' numbers here... I'm actually a bit surprised that the PS3 topped the 36...

I do agree that you're more involved when it comes to gaming... but supporting a company and playing its games are two different things. That's what I'm talking about. You can love your PS3 or Xbox 360 or Wii games and still not be 'pro-' anything. I'm talking specifically about rooting for your preferred brand. You essentially gain nothing out of it (much the same as with cheering on your fav sports team) EXCEPT perhaps some sense of 'victory' should your choice rise to the top.
Would the ability to play against PC gamers in multiplayer really be an advantage? I mean, I think in most cases it would be unfair with those on the PC with a mouse and keyboard tearing apart those on consoles with the 360's controller. The 360's controller is the best around when it comes to console FPS's IMO... but there's still not anything that can compare with the accuracy of a mouse.
