Hey what about...
SACK THOMPSON!
It'll never happen but...
Street Fighter sackboys/girls would just be plain awesome. Imagine an M. Bison or Akuma! Or a Chun Li sackgirl with huge legs.
EDIT: Tekken could work too! Heihachi hair or Jin's hoodie would be nice. Or Devil wings.
So random... so bubble+ worthy! ;)
This is supposed to be a 'saddest moments' but this is actually creating one funny open zone.
I've always thought Halo (series) should be rated T. As for Dead or Alive 4... I think it got slapped with an 'M' do to its cinematics. While I think it could skate by with a Teen rating... it does have something Tekken and Soul Calibur don't. That would be a completely bare ass. Yes, it might be a little silly, but I believe that's what pushed the ESRB to rate it how they did. I believe the character is Christy who you're shown a brief clip of in the shower. There may also be another instanc...
I prefer not to assume such things as those who are commenting have never played a certain game genre before... but I won't rule out the possibilty either.
Well, I don't think 7.1 is 'bad' at least. I've found that I've enjoyed more lower scoring RPG's than games in other genres getting the same marks though so I don't think it's quite as detrimental as it would be say it were an action game or something. RPG's due tend to get lower marks... at least J-RPG's. I'll admit there ...
And I agree with most of what you say there. I actually did read the whole review as I do with most of IGN's reviews on games I'm interested in and they don't seem to talk to bad about it. Hopefully it was just taken down mostly for its length and lack of side missions and such. I don't mind those things as long as the story is fairly solid and they didn't seem to have many gripes regarding that.
I understand where you're coming from though. It can be frustrating to see people...
I do agree that you really shouldn't say any console's in bad shape based on a few recent games with around average scores. However, you have to remember how N4G fanboys work. It's almost always made into PS3 vs. 360 more than it is about the game. I think what we see going on here is some PS3 fanboys getting on about how the 360 fanboys were shoving these RPG's in their faces saying "Haha, you don't have any of these." Basically it's like there's always a greater war going on and e...
I do have to wonder what it is about fighting games that make it so difficult to make them lag-free online. I have no idea what goes into the technical side of things of course so I can only assume that much faster reactions are needed on-screen for these types of games. Still, I see other titles that have huge multi-player battles with dozens of things going down on-screen all at once and it just surprises me a bit that a fighting game can't achieve the same when there's significantly less h...
I already have this game preordered... but I must say that score is rather discouraging. I won't be running out to cancel the game or anything, but IGN is my most trusted site for reviews. It's rare that my opinion differs far from theirs. Quite rare in fact. I'll wait to see some more reviews and hopefully it looks a little brighter. As it stands though I'm a little worried over the fate of my $60.
I really do hope this game is enjoyable though.
Cue random Yugioh video.
My God, look at all the deleted comments. lol
I know what you mean though, man. This seems to happen whenever a 'hyped' game is released. Just like with MGS4 it becomes the 'war of the reviews'. I was hoping people had settled down a bit now... but by all the mods had to do in this thread I just don't know now.
Anyways, hopefully both sides of the fight can move on to other games now. I'm starting to see Too Human reviews in my sleep.
It will be a great game.
It will be an average game.
^ Which of those statements is more true?
Answer: Neither
The truth is no one has any idea how this game will turn out (especially since it's about 6 months off) and while those who have hands-on time with the game may be in a better position to have an opinion... even they can't say how it will turn out. It's had some previews that praise it... some that say it's just ok. Now I kn...
These two games really deserved much more success than they had. I only hope that Team Ico's next game(s) do better sales wise. And if you have a PS2 (or a backwards compatible PS3) and you haven't experienced either of these games I'd recommend you find a copy. Used or not. I think everyone who hasn't should really give these games a chance. Many games are fun to play but I don't feel many are able to create the type of atmosphere and feeling that these games achieve. I really feel that both...
Bubbles man. That just about sums up what seems to be happening here.
The massive fail radiating from this article has little to do with the fact that they have a bunch of PS3 games up there in my opinion. Their idiotic reasoning for many of the games on the list is what kills any shred of credibility they may have had left.

How is it that a platformer is a 'glorified power point presentation'? That's the dumbest bit of criticism I've yet to see a site make in regards to this game. Even saying that the controls are too diff...
Though you may not think SOCOM is anything special... it has a larger following than that of Fable... and you put Fable 2 on your list. Even if you don't like the series... many do. Just like I'm not a big fan of Fable, but I respect those who do enjoy that title and understand that gamers can have differing opinions. There's no right or wrong in most cases.
Which is why when it comes to who has the 'best' lineup... it's all depends on your preferrences. Personally, I have mor...
You would think being the cheapest console would drive sales more than ever... but it's been the cheapest in Europe for awhile and it still gets outsold by the PS3 and Wii there. I'm not saying it won't happen... but you can never be sure about these things. As much as anyone may think they can predict what consumers will choose.
Star Wars has changed...

'Nothing smells better than our Asus!'
Y'see now this is how Dennis Dyack should have handled the Too Human criticism.
“You play the game and you see what you think. At E3 we let people play the game for a half hour, and if in a half hour you can make up your mind one way or the other, OK. I don’t really get into judging the rightness or wrongness of it. I just give people a chance to play it and they draw their own conclusions.”
Letting the game speak for itself. This is it how should be done. Also, ...
