Just had a look at my wishlist and I think I will just hold off on a few titles till at least Christmas. There's a few like Fallout 3 (do not like Oblivion at all) that may not be worth it to me on day one and a few other single-player games that I believe can wait. I love online multiplayer games so I really do think I'll get Warhawk soon. And I've seen so many quite adamant about it so that only fuels my desire for the game that much more. Yes, I think I've made my decision.

I want/need this game so much! But I just dropped $60 on Infinite Undiscovery (preordered online and it already shipped). I really hope that one is better to me than it is to some of the gaming sites that have reviewed it thus far. It's made me a little worried that might money might have been better spent elsewhere. Not saying it's surely a bad on or anything... just saying that I was a lot more confident about the purchase before the reviews came out. God, I hope it turns out ok.

Seriously though, I may look into getting this new PSP for Christmas. Been eyeing a PSP for awhile but I'm still unsure if I want to invest the time or money right now into a handheld with all these other great games getting released on the consoles. Hmmm... I have a tough decision to make.
I don't see Sony changing their game plan very much for the next generation. I do believe that Nintendo may have opened their eyes a bit more to the casual market and made them see that it's probably bigger than most imagined. Haha, something like that I think. I sort of picture the commercial starting off with the camera panning around him and the Cell chip in the back of his neck (or what you suggested). Next is him jumping into a pool and swimming to the opposite end. But instead of stopping or flipping in the water and kicking back off... he just swims n' breaks right through the deck and continues to swim through the earth, stroke after stroke never slowing and just tearing up roads and such throughout dozens ...

It's kinda cool that Seth got his job at Capcom just by being one of the best in the world at the games. Kinda like a gamers dream. It was awesome when he beat some guy on G4 in SFIV using only one hand. Man, I loved that.

I expected as much. With hearing so little about this title as of late I really didn't think it would make it before '09. I guess there's still a chance, but I really don't mind waiting since there's so many other games to tide me over. I do hope that they're able to improve the graphics and animations a fair bit over the arcade version. It's not much of a mystery to me why the PS2 is still selling well. In my opinion it has the best and largest library of games for gamers of all types. There's not a single genre that isn't covered on the PS2... and covered well too. Factor in that it's cheap (though I think it should get a price cut sometime soon) and is still supported with big franchises like Guitar Hero and several others. Burnout Paradise is a great example of not only dropping the price... but continuing to support a game through DLC. If more developers did that for their games then people who play them longer. And I don't mean small little things like 'extra costumes', but significant upgrades like bikes in Burnout or jetpacks in Warhawk. Those games are two of the best examples if you ask me.

I don't really see how you can feel 'betrayed' by game review sites as its their job to give their opinion and take on games. I can understand not agreeing with them and maybe finding fault in their criticisms... but betrayed? My God, you're not sleeping with these sites. Well, perhaps some of you are... I don't know about any of your personal lives.

I simply cannot wait to see what this team is able to accomplish with the power of the PS3. They've already created two of my favorite games of all time and I'm giddy with excitement over what their next offering could be. They've already managed so much with reletively little experience. I can only see their future projects improving.

First of all let me say that I'm really looking forward to this game. In fact this game is the biggest reason for me to get an Xbox Live subscription.
