Interesting that you have agrees and no disagrees. When I pointed out that when that Crytek staffer made anti used game remarks that his opinion was not necessarily that of Crytek, no one would have a word of it.
Either way, you are of course right.
Do graphics matter or not? It seems when it comes to PC games with epic graphics console fanboys are intent on pointing out that graphics don't make a game. When it comes to Call of Duty though, apparently graphics do matter.
I don't get it....
I thought UC3 was really boring to be honest, still haven't finished it. I don't feel the need to go and troll games I don't like, why cant you just leave people to enjoy the games they enjoy instead of telling them which games to like.
You seem annoyed at this game for making assumptions, that's exactly what you are doing. You don't yet know what the game will be like. From the trailer it looks like they are making an effort to change things up, why not wait and see before condemning the game.
Did you just brings facts to an N4G argument? It doesn't work like that here.
What a load of shite, whether the guns are OP is subjective, they seem pretty balanced to me. But it is a flat out lie to say that there is nothing but a bunch of hackers, I have never encountered a hacker on PS3 MW3 since launch. On PC yes the situation is a bit different.
And another thing, you might need to take a maths refresher course. 3 months + 5 months doesn't equal 1 year.
Huh? Surely it is worse to release a copied map in the actual retail release? If you release it as DLC then only the people who want it will pick it up, if its on the full release then everyone gets stuck with recycled content.
Speak for yourself, I can't stand steam. The amount of times it has decided to redownload a game randomly on me over the years and consistently slow download speeds compared to origin are too frustrating for me.
I completely disagree with you there. If you change the core gameplay, in what sense is it still a CoD game. Their goal shouldn't be to appeal to everyone, if you do that then you will make a good game.
I agree that they should develop and add to the core gameplay though, and if you watch the trailer then it is hard to believe that that would not be the case with Black Ops 2.
I'll stop you there, that was not an in game shot. Take a look at this and get back to me.

Bad for Activision maybe, wouldn't surprise me if Crysis 3 is a much better game although I must admit to being a bit biased towards Crysis games.
They actually aren't an EA dev. If you weren't talking "shit" yourself, then you would know that they are independent, and indeed are currently making games for EA, THQ, Microsoft and another game with Tencent games in China.
Like I said above, since when does one guy having an on the spot opinion mean that that opinion must be the entire companies stance from then on? He isn't even one of the company leaders ffs.
More like the original interviewee who made the anti used games comment was only one Crytek employee, not even one of the big bosses, and so his opinion doesn't reflect that of the entire organisation.
@HammadTheOne, you have no idea what you are talking about. GOW3 runs at 30fps, they initially wanted 60 but couldn't get there. Crysis 2 frequently runs below 30fps, certainly never as high as 60fps on consoles.
To CoD haters, yes the graphics look very dated, but if you really cared about whether or not graphics look dated then you wouldn't have played a console game since 2007.
Your logic of drop the price and increase sales simply doesn't work. If you look at Apples data from its app store sales, they have sold 25billion pieces of software which has generated about 5 billion in revenue. The Call of Duty games over the last 4 years alone have generated that much revenue by themselves at a much higher price, selling to a smaller user base.
Hmm, how dare they not want people to pirate their games, outrageous. For Christs sake, game developers aren't charities.
I disagree, I think it is the best game from a game play perspective that I've ever played. There are many people who agree with me that the game play is great.
I don't understand why people are so convinced Crysis games are bad. No, they just don't appeal to your play style. I think Killzone, Metal Gear Solid, Gears of War, Final Fantasy, Uncharted and any number of other games are boring as anything but I don't try and claim they are bad games, they just ar...
Depends I guess. I WANT to buy games, music and movies that I think deserve my money because if I and people like me don't then more stuff like it won't ever exist and I also WANT to reward those who put the effort in to making some good entertainment. So in a sense I definitely WANT to buy stuff.
If you postulate a universe where thee content happens regardless of whether people buy it or not, then I may or not want to buy it, but the world doesn't work like that...
I'm certain its a joke article. I did a Google News search for "Damien Hirst Dark Souls" and the only hit was this article.
@Biggcman Funny, I don't remember there being jungle in Crysis 2s New York. Also do remember the bow, or the new varieties of enemies.
