He bought it, took it home, and ****, I dropped it. In any case, it's probably just as useful as an actuall MacBook.
Mindless optimizm. Very little evidence to support some of those, just wishfully thinking. One thing is for sure, the majority of those games will be rippers when they do get released.
I'll definetly be having a look at this game some time soon, but I'm still trying to work my way through last seasons releases (Got bogged down playing Resistance 2)
Sums up what the Wii is about, lameness. Go outside, and actually play the sport for _____ sake.
It's got to be a PlayStation game. But I agree with Fighter, it almost certainly is the result of his behavour problems.
That's what a lot of people say, but I question wether or not you have played the game. The online wasn't bad at all if you were good enough to compete.
As a gamer, and this is just me, the most important part of a game is the online, because this is where you will spend the majority of your time. The game doesn't suck, its a very good game, but it isn't as good as every other PS3 owner and more makes out.
I think the game was fun for a while, but it didn't give me long term satisfaction in terms of online. It is way to annoying, and way too slow (to load)
Love Killzone 2? Maybe I was too eager to play the game, and so harshly rated it when I actually got to play it (on the first day), and was rather dissapointed. The game has so many flaws. True, the grudge I hold against the user interface, which is so slow to respond to your input, and is the single biggest annoyance in the game. But anyway, its not that good a game when put into perspective, its just that everyone who owns a PS3 seems to defend it so much. If you want a great game, Resista...
learn something about relevance. The fact that it is a 2D game has no bearing on the matter, and all that matters is that the DS has no support from actuall gamers, just little girls, and yor grandma
They won't do it. Sony will be shy to employ something with a high cost for obvious reasons, and so will probably stick with blu-ray for games and movies, and maybe switch to a super-fast 15,000rpm 3.5" HDD or a solid state drive with a similar read/write spead.
Some people above have said stuff like "Microsoft said that other fomats (other than DVD's) aren't needed". Hmmmm, I wonder why they would say that. Other potential candidates are digital distribution, b...
Do people say that a games console "can't handle" a certain game? There is no doubt that the Wii could handle a version that pushes the PS3, that's my they dumb down the graphics and physics, nothing that are important on the Wii (Very simple physics aside, obviously). The real reason/s are that it would have cost a lot to develop a Wii engine, previous title's in the series had low sales, or they may just not have experienced developers for the Wii or other similarly old tech conso...
Obviously not a 360 fan then, good to hear.
So calling them Halo isn't enough?
the hell would you by that bundle. Actually, i take that back. Games console's are the ultimate genocide machine's, perfect for anyone into religion to the extent that they by a Bible for the price of a PS3 (Console included, obviously). Ok, I just re-read this post, and its not very intelligent is it. Perfect for this site then.
Fanboy comments written above.
I personally think Motorstorm is more fun than anyother racing game on next gen. Forza 2 fails in that it is a direct competitor to Gran Turismo, which even xbox fanboys know will prove a better game upon relase (evidence backing this up are that every previous GT have been better than other racing games of their time, and arguably, still are [look at ratings and sales, short of that, actually play the game]).
Resistance I personal...
Actually say that they were hoping that Killzone 2 would drive sales of the PS3 througout the year. It's a good game, but not worth buying the system for.
Suffer from people having heard that it is demanding, and believing that there machine wont be able to handle it, and then not buying the game. In reality, if you've updated your computer within the lasy 2 years, you can probably run the gam on High. I've played it on a beast, and on my older PC, which I bought nearly 3 years ago, and cost about $1,500 Australian (at the time, the same bits could be bought in the US for around 1K). It wasnt even the best i could have bought, and can easily ha...
Do more than simply port the game to the PS3 in order to sell more than the odd copy. They have to go and read the reviews that the 360/PC version got, and remove/alter the bits people didnt like, and improve/expand on the bits they did like. If they did that, I would almost certainly buy the game. I've been strongly considering buying the PC version for a while now, but have been enjoying Resistance 2 online a bit too much lately, and havent had time to do anything else. And also, it now has...
This game certainly looks awesome, I just wish the Aussie version came with the Uncharted 2 demo. None the less, Operation Flashpoint, Red Faction, and of course, infamous will keep me going next month
