I said it a while back, but I really think Shenmue coming to PSN & XBLA would be amazing. And that way, it would probably gain enough of a following and make enough money to warrant finally ending the trilogy.
I loved the OLD THPS games, before the disaster that was American Wasteland. If they do go back to the old style, I might pick it up. It's not Skate, but it was still a lot of fun.
See? All Sonic had to do was ditch the 3rd dimension and all is right in the world again. Can't wait for this!
I have a huge amount of respect for Kojima, but staff who are going to be pestering the gaming celebs for autographs aren't exactly what the event needs.
To be honest, a little plastic wristband will not kill you and considering what Kojima owes Sony for bringing his games to millions of people, I think he's being a bit of a diva.

I'm hoping for big things this year, though E3 quite often leaves people disappointed in one way or another.
I just hope Sony haven't given TOO MUCH away before E3 that they don't have any surprises we haven't already heard.

Best game of the generation, if the online support wasn't awful from the start and then discontinued. It had potential.
I'd love to see Shenmue 1 + 2 released on PSN and XBL. The devs always say that the sales weren't good enough to warrant making Shenmue 3, but itf they were released digitally then it would bring new people to the game. That way, the possibility of a sequel to end the trilogy could be evaluated based on todays figures, rather than DC figures, which were always going to be terrible.

I forgot that there even was any kind of motion control in the PS3 controller. Think that really goes to show how little people care about it (though it could just be me).
Move seems exciting, but I think it will definitely go the same way as Sixaxis, just being a gimmick that you get tired of fairly quickly. Although, Rub a Dub on PSN was a laugh.

Valve has two divisions. The game devs and then Steam. Steam is a great platform for games, but you can hardly equate managing on online games service to creating new titles.
Besides, I love Valve and all the games they release. But the other developers seem to be able to create DLC and updates without cancelling events all the time.
Not so keen on Sonic Adventure, but Crazy Taxi was just pure fun. It may be simple and have the worst driving mechanics of any driving game, but I would definitely pick this one up. The DC had some gems.
There was another report saying that the surprise would not be Portal 2, but would be related. May not have been true, but we'll see. I just think Valve have been a big letdown recently and it'd be nice if they actually gave the fans something they want for once.

I love the Mass Effect games and would love to see the third, but hope this is just a teaser reveal or something. I can't stand it when companies just put out games identical to the last with no improvements just o make a quick buck.
That being said, it would still be amazing, but I'd just like to see a bit of care go into the development.

I own a PS3 and 360 and think that each console has great games and features, but I got FFXIII on PS3 and a friend got it on 360, and the differences were so negligable that only stupid Fanboys would even bother to compare screenshots to see if 'their console is better'.
And for the record, myself and said friend then played a six hour sesh on Doom 2 and the graphics on that didn't stop us enjoying what is on...
No matter how you look at it, the iPhone is a great piece of kit. It tends to play catch up with the features on other phones, but when it does catch up it tends to do things better. That and the app support makes it the strongest Smartphone in my eyes.
That being said, I think the look of the 4 isn't as good as the 3GS and all the best new features are coming in ios4 anyway.

Shenmue was a classic Sega title. I have a PS3 but I think that's a game that EVERYONE should get to play. Also, Shenmue has the illusion of an open-world, but it's pretty scripted, so I don't think a multiplat would really detract from the gameplay experience.
