PS3 still has numerous titles coming soon and a long life a head of it. I don't see myself completely moving over to a PS4 for at least 2 years.
Great for Microsoft and EA.
Not good for the IP or Respawn.
Respawn wanted to make a title that could compete with Call Of Duty, that will now never happen due to it being a limited release. It will never have the cross over mind share CoD has by being on all platforms.
EA only have a single game under publishing contract, they care about right now, not the future of the IP. As that is not in their hands.
I expect Respawn to jump ship...
No game breaking bugs (original author has since retracted). Just a very tricky game. A lot of players are getting stuck, usually because the solution is always with the detective touch screen thing.
For all the crap we get here in Europe that is also one of its benefits. With the massive amounts of languages etc it causes them to actually create manuals :p

Also regarding The Order time travel thing. In an interview one of the developers mentioned that the 'agents' of the order live a long time. So historical figures could still be alive in 1886 etc.
But this is more likely the futuristic project with the Battlestar Galactica writer that was hinted.

Seems that instead of using the same CPU that is handling all the computations for the game like they did with the ps3's remote play. They are using a separate chip whose sole purpose is handling remote play.
