Everytime a so called 'journalist' brings up Used Games dont make the dev any money. I cry a little inside at the stupidity of this generation.
But then i look at the comments section and realise, hey at least theres a few of us out there with some (un)common sense. Now only if those other people would listen... and not regurgitate the same unproven and totally destroyed points over and over.

Theres no money to be made in New games. There is a reason why all these stores gravitate to used sales. Honestly big stores like Walmart (or ASDA/Tesco here in UK) sell new games to customers cheaper than Gamestop/GAME are buying from suppliers. Thats how little markup you are talking.
For everyone that hates used games (because you bought into the publisher fear mongering), try opening a store selling only NEW titles. You will be out of business in no time.

I even remember visiting my local games shop back in the SNES days and there being rows and rows of used SNES games. i'll admit there was no market leader back then i.e. a gamestop. Being able to produce a picture which makes it more life-like (i.e. Avatar) doesnt mean its a better game. It just looks better. When it comes down to it, its all about how it plays and like I mentioned that never really gets improved upon and new hardware doesnt mean it will change. At the moment most developers are too focused on visuals and not on gameplay.

The idea that better hardware produces better games. If they do indeed release a PS4 / Xbox 720 soon it wont mean 'better games'. Has anything improved on the playabulity of Super Mario World on the SNES? Has the RPG genre gotten better since FF7 on PS1? No.
Developers using innovative ideas is what will product better games. And that can happen on any platform available. Has nothing to do with hardware.
Definitely gonna get this when it comes out.
One of the major concerns in the Alpha on the Park map was that the win ratio for defenders was something like 90%. And there was only one vehicle which was meant for carrying your team over the large terrain. But what usually happened was, someone took the vehicle, drove to the bombsites and got blownup, and the rest of the team were on foot getting mowed down.
I've not played the beta yet, so i am curious if they have modified the map at all to make it easier for attack...
If anything the Vita has made me stop playing my ps3 quite a bit. Upto now gone through Rayman, Escape Plan + DLC and onto the 'high value targets' on Unit 13.
I never had a PSP so theres a massive library of games on that I havent even touched.
Definitely cant wait for Gravity Rush, Resistance and Little Kings Story. And i'll prob also pick up Disgaea on it as I know that game will take me 100+ hours to get through.
