I didn't say I was being forced, I just wish IF they enforce the source rule the way the submission guidelines point out, that they enforce it for everyone on every article on this site. They don't. A rule for thee but not for me.
If they enforced the source rule, you would rarely see an article on here that wasn't from either the official platforms or a PR release. Because THOSE are the sources in which IGN, Kotaku etc use to write their news context. So why ca...
I used to use N4G for years (check my submission history) the issue is the rules are selectively enforced - so basically whenever they feel like it (or in their interest to do so).
The current link, title and description offer no context (which the title, description along with news link and prior video did). I'm locked out of my own submission (and apparently banned for 2 days) so I no longer have any control over any of it.
Like I said, N4G is a jok...
Yep they just have access to the PlayStation API.
So far nothing has changed on that front... (yet)
The issue with Ryan I feel, is that he's found it hard to shake the "suit and tie upper management'" vibe that fits perfectly within wall street and its ilk. Basically of someone willing to do/say anything to help himself prosper and climb the ladder.
Other PlayStation execs have had a tinge of it, but their 'gamer first' attitude shines through, unfortunately with Jim Ryan, not so much.
But hey, it's a new generation, maybe ...
Damn... sounds like drifting issues :/
*spent the last year playing with a wall hack* what do you mean I can't use it?!?!
*spent last year playing with no textures mod* what do you mean we've gotta have a level playing field?!?!
No arguments from me. Sucks to spectate too.
When I turned it on yesterday, I noticed my sensitivity was all screwed up.. Epic did the same thing with Fortnite at least 3-4 times on me until I gave up playing last year :/
#sad
They got Toro? lol, poor sods.
Some of the Legends will have no use, as they are suited for teamplay not individual lone wolf - the game is focused ala Overwatch on being a team game after all.
Solo play I don't think will work quite as well both in terms of abilities and the overall mechanics of the game (revive systems etc). It'd be different if the game was built on a Solo play focus then added team stuff on top - it's the opposite.
They'd have to modify stuff, mayb...
Still not sure how this is gonna work tbh, most of the Legends simply won't get used as their abiltiies/ultimates aren't suited for individual combat (it's aimed as a team game after all).
Honestly with the way classes work I'm not sure if its built for Solo play.
Unless of course they force everyone to play a single class, or create one specifically for Solo only.
So does Ride to Hell Retribution...
Shame it was such a shoddy port. The game deserves better.
Looks like Ninja Gaiden and Tenchu mixed up. Gonna be cool.
Battle Royal game with classes... ouch.. think it might be a bit too late for anyone else other than massive AAA marketing to be successful in this space anymore to be honest.
When they said they were working on a non arcade game, I didn't expect this for sure.
They do, but they missed the boat on having the entire franchise from the start. I kinda feel they are making the same mistake here again, as clearly Supermassive are making some kind of interconnected yearly horror franchise that may indeed become 'massive'.
Seems like the decision was based upon Sony themselves stopping cart manufacturing.
The more troubling issue is the apparent development hell this game has been in for a while now... it's taking as long as a AAA game at this point lol
I do a monthly PS Vita series for anyone interested -> https://www.youtube.com/use...
I cover all the upcoming games each month, whilst going over a few I've played the month prior.
