The Witcher 3 was an unmitigated masterpiece. Easily one of the best games of the generation.
.
@Zabatsu
Yeah, how "smug" of people to celebrate a game they want to play coming to their preferred platform or in some cases only platform.
You're annoyed that people are happy that it's going to PC? What is WRONG with you? Even if there are people acting 'ha-ha' about it, who cares? Let the jackasses revel in their jackassery - it's not a big deal. Who cares what plastic box is used?
You're acting ext...
I kinda doubt that.
I've never understood such nonsensical fanboyism either. Oh no, the game is going to PC too. How will the PlayStation gamers enjoy it now?
Fucking retarded.
No, it doesn't cross any lines. So it's brutal and violent like so many forms of entertainment. Big deal.
I really hope there's no PS5 Pro. PS5's generational leap is said to be quite substantial, so bearing that in mind, it's less likely PS5 Pro will happen.
I honestly hope it doesn't because I don't want to buy a mid-gen system again. PS4 Pro is great for what it is, and Xbox One X was desperately needed, but I hope it stops there.
If PS5 Pro 'is' a thing, of course I'm gonna buy it. I always get the latest console tech.
Yeah, that's not good.
I use an external HDD; not sure if that has any bearing on anything but I've been to every screen and haven't had an issue. I'm just going to stay away from Spec Ops for now.
I've gotten every achievement possible in the game and I'm just waiting for the DLC so I can complete Spec Ops which is apparently tied to the campaign or so it said after I beat the campaign.
I'm enjoying the hel...
Bullshit, Kotaku.
It's a great campaign, and you can't stand the brutality and realism of it.
Before I get attacked I'm not denying or reducing or minimizing any of this, but I've played through the campaign twice on X (normal and veteran) and haven't even heard the fan kick up.
Sucks that it's happening to anyone and hopefully it doesn't happen to me.
Is this a multi-player issue only or can this just happen whenever the game is running no matter what you're doing?
What happened to gamingbolt asking what happened to things?
Yep.
Gig down and up and the results are still sporadic.
Why does it need to be an "answer" to something? Nintendo does their own thing; they're not competing with anyone but themselves.
People can't really be this dumb.
Yeah, I'm surprised too. I always thought it looked good from the trailers but I wasn't sure about anything. I mean, it's another Call of Duty campaign, but this time it's serious and seriously good.
The story is told well - no confusing nonsense where they show a screen with mission blueprints before every mission. The story is actually really good and the characters are also good. This game doesn't hold back and it's refreshing.
...
I'd personally give it a 9; I think it's the best campaign since the original Modern Warfare. It's quality from beginning to end.
When you make games for the sole sake of profit they're going to be overly-formulaic, generic, soulless, grindfests/borefests. Games with microtransactions CAN be fun but NOT when they're literally BUILT around them.
I'm really worried for ES6 and Starfield.
Good - uninspired copy/paste trash deserves to be trashed. I knew this game would flop because it was plain to see that it brought nothing fresh to the table. Division-y, Wildlands-y, samey junk while being one of the most predatory games to boot.
Good job, Ubisoft. You've created shit in video game form, and your shit is getting shit on.
I'm really enjoying it.
I'd say a 7.5 is accurate.
Campaign's a 9 for me.
