I still haven't seen anyone get or use White Phosphorus in Modern Warfare. After all that 'concern' all people care about is lowering the volume of footsteps.
I did it - I pre-ordered.
Looks like I'll be plenty concerned come the 8th.
Am I the only one who thinks both controllers are great?
Really curious about DS5 right about now.
@ Battlestar
I'll have what you're having.
God of War looks godly compared to Gears 5 - best particle effects and some of the best raw graphics, art, and overall visuals I've ever seen in a game.
Gears 5 looks good at best; doesn't come close to God of War.
@Booter
Everyone here knows I'm no Sony fanboy.
Also, none of them are jokes, but I can tell you who 'is' a joke...
He's not "clearly unhappy" at all - he's proud of what he did with PS4 and PS4 Pro. He doesn't really mind not being able get God of War to PC.
He suggested it was something he'd like, but never expressed dissatisfaction.
Those goddamn footsteps.
Camping is fine. I don't care about camping I care that it's nearly impossible to flank and outplay someone whose got a semi-decent headset. Everyone sounds like a giant and Dead Silence needs to be a perk, not a field upgrade.
"No Kojima" he says.
Cory's a hundred times better in my opinion. God of War may be the most well made game I've ever played.
Watching that documentary "Raising Kratos" was a real eye opener even though I already knew how things went down.
Props to the man (Cory) for getting it done.
Yes we do you son of a bastard.
The footsteps are literally my only issue with the game. If you're an FFA player you'll understand exactly why the footsteps need to be toned down.
As it stands, FFA is about nothing but sound whoring. Visual acuity? Forget it. Flanking? Forget it. Spatial awareness and map knowledge? Doesn't matter. All that matters is finding a hidey-hole and sound whoring.
It's a problem in all modes, but it's really exacerbated in FFA.
It's ridiculous, yes, but I can't not laugh a little about it also.
They'll just have to find someone willing to play it (shouldn't be a problem) and this guy won't have to play it.
Blizzard post and pre-Activision always drip fed. Two days after a rumor and we now have a full blown game play trailer. This is very uncharacteristic of Blizzard; in fact it's completely uncharacteristic.
Blizzard, never, ever shows game play on a reveal - they tease and drip and drip for a long time. This is the shiny distraction meant to have you 'look over here' instead of looking at their appalling behavior of late.
I can see this for wha...
Games and goodwill.
And that's a big deal because?
Imagine a person actually not being able to understand that people are different, enjoy different things, and react differently to experiences. I'll never believe some people can't grasp this. I think everyone understands this.
They get it - they just don't care. They're so attached to a brand, developer, or an idea that even though they get the concept of 'different strokes' they simply don't care. Disagreement or dissent actually hurts their fe...
This looks a lot less cartoony. I'm liking the art style. Diablo 1 and 2 were my favorites. I beat 3 so long ago but I wasn't very fond of it.
This looks sweet.
@sprinterboy
I've been doing that all my life. You got uppity over my cautiousness over a video game. That's odd. How does my caution affect you?
You've never asked someone if a movie was worth seeing or a book worth reading? Start growing up now.
Seems to go against the grain for attention.
Like, did he EVEN? There's 15, duh!
People make mistakes, dude.
