I do recall he was working on a new project for consoles, although details haven't surfaced about which console/s. I'd like to see him continue his own thing rather than move back to doing Final Fantasy. I feel it's pretty clear SquareEnix and he don't see eye to eye on things, and rather than have him be pushed into a slot that doesn't fit, I'd rather see more of what he and his team can do.

My guess is another game which is coming out like Quake Champions or Cliffy B's new game have segments where you can swim underwater or something. Since Overwatch is the most popular champion based shooter on the market, naturally anything a competitor does differently will be asked to be included by the fans if they think it's cool enough.
I'm not so sure about that. VC3 was extremely disappointing in nearly every regard from its grind heavy class system to its dating sim centered story line.
The review merely mentions the lead platform, the Vita, when targeting the lack of visual polish. In reality many short comings of the game, from the gameplay to the visuals, are due to core development being for the Vita.
What do people expect from a spin-off title designed for the PsVita and ported to the PS4 as an afterthought.

I mean if the characters you want to play aren't in it, you didn't like what you played, and the game has be oversimplified for your liking, why give them money at all? Why not not buy the game and show them you won't stand for shoddy products clearly thrown together as a $60 advertisement for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
If Ueda isn't much involved I really wish they wouldn't make changes. I don't want the controls touched and I don't want stuff added or shifted or changed. It was all elements even as they appeared, even the limitations they faced which made the game a masterpiece. You can't just say the Mona Lisa would look much better if she smiled more. You'll ruin everything even if you have the best intentions.
I disagree. I've read many of the reviews and most say while the game is engaging and fun for the time it's with you, what holds it back is the flat delivery of the story, the english voice acting, and the fact it isn't a strategy RPG.
