While I personally think this game is pretty f*cked up, the main thing that pisses me off about it is that now all the anti-video game people out there will have more ammo for their arsenal, "Video games promote RAPE!!". Can't wait to see how Fox twists this story.
Activision is doing what they did with Guitar Hero. Cash in on the franchise's popularity now and forget about the longterm effects. Sadly, the Call of Duty series is going to plummet just like Tony Hawk and Guitar Hero.
I loved Vice City. It's the only city I memorized like the back of my hand... although, thats prolly attributed to the fact that its smaller than Liberty city.

I'm glad the guy defending games made one of the strongest cases against video game violence being bad, and that is that its intended for adults and they should monitor what they buy for their kids. But of course it just went over the other two idiot's heads.
The audience annoyed me the most, though. The lady says she's against all violence in media and they clap? Wth!? Meanwhile, I bet 95% of them went home and watched something on tv with violence afterwards.

either you only played the beta/demo, or you really suck at the game. I haven't seen the acog/grenade launcher glitch since the beta. Snipers are the easiest to kill, its just a matter of flanking them or staying near cover. Campers in buildings can easily be blown away and all the others are a matter of checking ur corners! And the fact that most people can do well regardless of class shows that its a balanced game. Sure u may not get many kills as a medic, but u'll get tons of points by hea...

I don't think the hit detection is bad, its just that the blood spray animation pops up regardless if you hit him or not. Thats the glitch. Now if ur crosshair registered a hit, then maybe the enemy moved or u hit him in the chest instead because of the bullet drop.
Yea I think you should be fine. This game is very cpu intensive and you have a decent cpu... def better than mine lol. I have an Intel e8400 3ghz, gtx 260, and 4gb ram and run the game at high settings 1920x1080 at about 45fps average. In my case, i believe my cpu is definitely bottlenecking my system.
