damn this is surprising, but it seems 3rd person is limited to a specific mode in muliplayer, so its actually kinda interesting to see how that works out. I doubt they were dumb enough to mix 1st person view with 3rd person in the other game modes.
I took advantage of the $30 Win 7 deal Microsoft is offering. I must say , jumping from Vista to Windows 7 is like night and day. Everything just feels faster. My games run a lot better and the new task bar is simple and effective. On topic, our family computer still has XP and it feels so old now lol... but that will definitely change soon.
Idk why some gamers hate the PC so much and want PC gaming to 'die'. It doesn't affect them so stop hating. Sure there's a lot of pirating but the 360 also has the same problem to some extent. A 500gb hard drive for pc costs about $60, meanwhile a 120gb hdd for $150 on the 360?? Ouch. It's so sad that some people are wishing that Microsoft would be 'nice' and drop it down to at least $100.

all the people who bought (and are buying) bluray players are not goin to toss them away just because of a newer format.
If they decide to use holography in the next consoles, thats fine, but highly unlikely as bluray is/will be more than sufficient to handle any games that will be released within the next 5-10 years.

People have suggested that using multiple dvds for the
360 version wouldn't be a big deal as long as all the content was in there. Um, what will happen when u get a mission that requires u to travel to a part of the map that is located on the second dvd? Ok pop the second dvd in... oops now u have to go back to the place where u originally got the mission, pop the 1st dvd in again. See the pattern? multiple dvds would be the most annoying thing ever in a GTA game and in any sandbox gam...
Man this game is crazy fast. The first time I spawned, I died after 5 seconds. This is very fast and if your used to console shooters or just any type of "realistic" shooter, u will get ur ass handed to u in this game. Now, the fact thats an in-browser game means im typing this and waiting for the next match to start ^_^
hmm, iv never played any PES game, i grew up on EA's FIFA series so I cant really compare them. All i know is the graphics are better on FIFA 09 but they're useless unless u watch replays :P
I never see the logic that people have when they have to buy a new 360. They say the ps3 is too expensive yet here they are spending over $200 after every broken 360 to buy a new one. Im pretty sure there are people that have spent more in multiple 360s when they could have simply gotten 1 ps3. Some people never learn.

hmm, well considering that about 95 million people would have seen the commercial, i think it would have been worth it to spend so much money on one commercial. I don't think it will hurt killzone 2 but it definitely would have helped... a lot.
Apparently im one of the few people that enjoyed Vista, never had a problem with it, so after trying the Win 7 beta and taking advantage of the $30 student deal to upgrade, i must say they really outdid themselves with this OS. Its been stable since beta, faster, sleeker, and no problems with drivers.
