I can't wait for this one. I just hope the 2 player co-op is a PR typo! lol :)
I say potato, you say potatoe!
Mate in Australia a lot of us say mike instead of mic... same sh!t different name.
Either way I'll be yelling and expect to be yelled at every time someone's punching the crap out of someone else! :)
That was crazy stuff. I hope you can do that in multiplayer and yell through the mike at the same time! hahahaha :)
And as for Rare coming back... Well personally I thought Viva Pinata was a revelation and Kameo was an innovative platformer. But looks like this year they're bringin the big guns! Can't wait :)
Man you're right about Fallout 3 that looks incredible. That along with the exclusive Fable 2 and the dark horse Too Human have me covered.
How the hell I'll find room to play all those exclusive JRPGs like Tales of Vespiria, Cry On & Infinite Undiscovery I don't know!
Completely agree. There's so many new features in this sequel and the new UI/HUD has amongst the greatest potential. Let's hope it's reached.
Bioshock v Metal Gear. Lets hope both use their rich source material and actually defy the video game to movie lore.
That's just amazing. Can't wait for more details. The art design and coop have already put this at the top of my RPG list.

Man I bookmarked that straight away! What an awesome one stop shop. If only the main sites would provide a similar resource.
I don't really understand a 2010 release. MS are currently killing the other consoles in terms of attach rates which is where the money is made, why would they slaughter such a profitable cash cow?
MS will still make more money than it's competitors combined (as it has done for the last couple of years) from software this year. 2009 could be different with a larger and cheaper PS3 base and an improved Wii software range. But MS would still be raking in the software profits, even ...
A timed exclusive that's published by MS! Seriously :/
C&C isn't my thing, but all the others look to be outstanding. The Battlefield Beta was impressive, Burnout was AAA without being groundbreaking, Spore could change gaming but will it sell?, Mass Effect was the most evolutionary Western RPG this generation (although Fallout may change that!), Mercs 2 looks amazing and should get much deserved sales love, and Rock Band has reinvented the music genre.
Yes EA has a history of terrible titles but most of those mentioned are AAA. ...
I got over Tony Hawk after the stellar Tony Hawk 2. But Skate completely changed the way I viewed the genre. Skate 2 should be fantastic, all I'm waiting for now is EA to create a new IP with the same control scheme called "Surf". Now that'd be awesome! :)
This is a buy for me. Looks like a perfect fit with the Wii-remote and will be great for the fam when they're over!
Seems like I was dreaming of a day when we just talked about games and not platforms. :(
Your advertising idea with games journalists though was thought provoking, if not unlikely. I agree that there are some alarming disparities between sites and games journalists when it comes to comparative articles. I have lost particular regard for IGN with their suspicious GTAIV exclusive and more recently GameTrailers with their GRiD debacle.
There should certainly be more dis...
Hater and kosha you're both right!
Personally I find nothing new or of value in this article, it simply exists to generate flame wars and web hits.
I'm thoroughly impressed by the game and feel the single player is perhaps worth close to a 10. But the buggy multiplayer and terrible lobby system, which suspiciously almost no reviews have mentioned, are not to the same level of quality and polish of the single player experience.
I feel the game's a 9.5-9.8, but not a 10. I suspect titles later in the year *cough* Fallout 3 *cough* may upstage it, and by then the bugs and evaporated hype will have removed the rose-coloured GTAI...
@adamnless66
Yeah The Agency looks cool as does Huxley which is also an FPSMMO, and that'll probably give them a stronger chance of success given the FPS fans on consoles.
But the ones I'm really watching are APB on 360 and Alpha Protocol on 360 & PS3 which looks very different to the rest. A spy MMO could be very cool indeed.
A vehicle-sandbox-platformer with user generated content and Mario Kart like multiplayer! I'm in. :)
