Well it would be in a similar situation with the Wii U that has 32 GB as its highest storage so far.
I don't want the PS4 to come so early myself, I'm just saying that there are chances that the PS4 will be revealed next year since we're in a similar situation to the PS2/PS3.
500 GB is $299 and the 250 GB is $269
Add that to the fact that you can se any third party HDD )I think), that would've been really good.
I know I said this before, but really, if the European PS3 12 GB model causes what equals directly $116, they could've bundled it with the Vita for 349 like the Wii U and compete.
When I say Wii U same generation, I'm saying that Sony would force people into THINKING that, not that I'm a nintendo hater or anything.
Exactly, that would've really stirred up some stuff with the Wii U, especially since PS All Stars Battle Royale and LBP Karting are gonna be released in the Wii U's launch window.
The PS2 slim came out in 2004, announced life support (lol) for 2-3 years. and the PS3 was in E3 2005 months after.
The PS3 Super Slim comes late 2012, announced life support for the next few years, so chances are the PS4 is revealed E3, 2013.
It would help if Sony realesed a 12 GB PS3 Super Slim/PSVita bundle for $349 like the 32 gB Wii U..,
IF they made the PS3 12 gb model come with a vita for 349 like the 32 gb Wii u, then maybe. I mean the PS3 super slim is being released in Europe with 12 GB memory for what cost barely a $100 ($116, or 89 euros), so I thought that they would bundle it with the PSVita to try and gut the Wii U. I mean PS All stars Battle Royal is coming in the third week of November.
I was thinking Sony could release these PS3 models like this:
PS3 12 GB with PSVita for $349 to compete with the Wii U and force the market into thinking that the Wii U is the same generation as the PS3/360 and isn't all that special.
PS3 12 GB $99 (because Europe is getting a 12 GB model for 89.99 euros which converts to 116 dollars, then do conversion rate stuff)
PS3 160 GB $199 (250 GB will cost 70 dollars more, so reducing the storage...
Wii U looks like it's setting up for success with all the trade value discount thingamajig.
Forgive me if other consoles did this buy the way, LOL
It could mean they're incorporating more streaming content into the Xbox 360.
Well I mean I hear countless people complaining about how they've had to rebuy 360's.
If it wasn't for the 54% failure rate of 360 due to the RROD I don't think the 360 would sell as much....
EVERYONE, HOW do edit my comment, I didn't really type it well to be honest. I didn't mean to say heavy rain plays like killzone or anything, but rather, they all have that same, dark realistic feel sort of.
LBP and GoW are the only truly different games from this gen, Ratchet & Clank is mainly PS2, and Journey is more or less a PSN game.

Get a PS3, LOL
j/k, it isn't very smart to by a console knowing you can't afford many games for it.
The problem with PSASB is how sony is marketing it like Super Smash Bros, which wouldn't be a problem if Sony had more different genres/styles of games this gen. The Wii had games set in unrealistic, fantasy worlds that although some could regard as "kiddish", were still good and overall help SSBB, because unlike the PS3, Wii had some games that weren't trying to hard to be realistic (because of the inferior graphics), so it fit better.
Because PS3 lacked th...
Yes, I think graphics are what caused the lack of variety in this gen's games. It's either FPS, games with shooting involved, or try to be uber seious and/or realistic to a point in which they can be a little boring or stale sometimes. We really lacked games this gen they were based on a fantasy type world, completely different than this one. That's why you have so many retro gamers saying how they like games because they can find a place to get away from reality.

Wii had some really great, critically acclaimed games (Supar Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, The Legend of Zelda TP and SS, Super smash bros brawl, xenoblade chronicles, The Last Story, metroid prime trilogy, and Madden 07 because of it's refreshed controls and deeper franchise than its competitors) that always seem to get overlooked by some people because of it's shovelware....
And for it's back catalog, it has some of those good Wii games I mentioned, and Virtual Consol...
