They could do something like Epic Game's Infinity Blade on iOS, if you've played that. Really great game compared to the majority of other iOS games.
Nobody anywhere is complaining about the game being bad, so I don't know the point you're trying to make. All of the complaints are about the ending.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with ME3 except for the ending, which is poorly done. It's a 9.5 game until the last 5 minutes. It vastly improved from ME2, and it's not a broken game.
This genuinely sounds like they took everything that made Ninja Gaiden... well, Ninja Gaiden, and just butchered it. 1 weapon? QTEs? No gore? Really?
A game really shouldn't lose half it's points because of an ending.

News Flash: PC gamers don't really care about exclusives in the same way console players do. What they care about is that they get ports that at least take advantage of the PC and have good controls.

I think the general consensus is that the title goes to Call of Duty. Rehash game mechanics and assets, get 9/10s - 10/10s from every site, each year, set sales records.
They explained it right there. The reapers select a race from each cycle to create more reapers from, essentially "reproducing".
Terminator boss fight was still unneeded though. Thank god they scrapped the idea of having the Illusive Man as the final boss of ME3.

The whole game's story pretty much felt like filler, but it did build on the lore and set the characters and scenarios for ME3.
Deus Ex and Thief are amazing games. He hasn't done anything on that level since then though.
Deus Ex: Gold Edition. Updated to the mindblowing next-gen engine which allows high-quality post processing of gold outlines on every object in the game. Gold crates, gold ladders, gold buttons. Even the box is gold.
Tali had tons of romance-only dialogue, especially during her missions. The romances really felt woven into the story, unlike the previous games where it was only mentioned in a couple of scenes on the Normandy.
Doing my Femshep run with Liara now though, hoping it's done similarly.

I agree that ME1 is the most RPG out of all of them, but ME3 definitely has more RPG elements than ME2. The skill trees have 3 evolution choices instead of 1, level cap is doubled, weapon mods were brought back, squadmates have more powers, morality system doesn't force you down one dialogue path, much more armor customization, squadmates have armor choices, ect. ME2 feels the most restricted and streamlined.
Mass Effect 3 is an amazing game, but everyone has a negative view on it due to the 1000 ending articles and Day 1 DLC controversy. Tuchanka, Rannoch, Thessia... it seriously has some of the most epic and tense moments in any game I've played. The RPG customization is much deeper than ME2, gameplay is less clunky, everything was just improved.

Not defending Bioware here, but the only thing you can access with this is the DLC character himself. Not the actual DLC mission. So the DLC isn't on the disc, just the character. I'm not entirely sure if his dialogue files are on disc either.
