"If you know the studio who are making it have made great games before, there's reason to be excited about it."
Not really. Ion Storm with Deus Ex. The first one was amazing, but Deus Ex: Invisible War... well not that great. Black Box with Need for Speed. Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 was in my opinion, the best in the series, but after that, each game they made went more and more downhill.

I might not be on for a few days because I'm waiting for Sony to send me my replacement PS3 because the last one got YLOD.
Gears of War 2 looks slightly better than the first because they removed the grayish filter they used in the first one and used a bit more color. That's all they did.
Maxim shouldn't even be allowed to review games, they give crappy games good scores and good games bad scores. They don't even give a reason for the scores, they just write one sentence and give what seems to be a random score.
I noticed that the Motorstorm: Pacific Rift trailer and the Motorstorm: Arctic Edge trailer both end the same way: a biker about to get smashed by a large vehicle.
PC gamers don't like DRM, so they torrent games with DRM. How many PC gamers can say they haven't torrented a game?
where's AudioSurf?
"I mean, do you move your PS3 to a desk?"
Actually, yes, it's on the same desk as my PC monitor because I play it on my monitor. So mouse and keyboard works perfect for me.
"Like I said above I bought a PS3 for it's exclusives so why don't PS3 gamers stop being a cheap ass and buy a 360 for theres instead of sitting around doing wishful thinking."
Because people don't have that kind of money in this economy. And many people don't wanna pay $60 a year for online when they could buy a full game for that price, if they have a PC they could buy some games off of Steam with that money, if they have a PS3 they could buy a bunch of PSN titles or ...
I got bored of Call of Duty 4 a long time ago, it gets extremely repetitive after a while. And the same day that the double-xp happens I will be busy playing Killzone 2 if Sony sends me back a refurbished PS3 by then since I have YLOD.
"because with 4+ years and millions of dollars anything is possible."
4 Years developing on the PS3 is equivalent to 2 years developing on the 360 because it is much faster and easier to develop a game on the 360.
"And if you had both version like I do the 360 version is %100 the superior version."
The D-pad is superior on the PS3, and I don't see any people here saying stuff like "I have both consoles and I'm getting the 360 version because it's slightly graphically superior, I don't care about the horrendous D-pad."
"PS3 only supports 480 and 720 resolutions is said."
WipEout HD, Gran Turismo 5: Prologue, Ridge Racer 5, and Full Aut...
The D-pad is the reason why many people are buying the PS3 version, that's showing that most people don't care about graphics for this game. They want a better gameplay experience, and the 360 D-pad is really bad.
"X360 is more powerful. What do you expect?"
That doesn't mean the 360 is more powerful, multi-platform devolopers are usually just lazy.
I remember Best Buy having a cool display box for Killzone 2, it had a Helghan Soldier holding an assault rifle, and behind him you see a big storm, it looked alot better than the official box art. They should have used that.
I almost completely agree with what you said, but Portal: Still Alive and GTA4: Lost and the Damned are DLC, not really games.
EDIT: @Action Bastard's post below me
Mass Effect 2 better be on PS3 or I will be mad. But EA always does multi-plat anyways.
@arnon's post below me
Oh, I thought Portal: Still Alive was DLC, thanks for clearing that up.
lol, probally wouldn't even be called Resistance: Fall of Man then, maybe Persistance: Rise of Chimera?
This years E3
for 360, Probally Forza 3 will be announced, and gameplay of Alan Wake, Mass Effect 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction, and Halo:ODST (probally gonna be hyped up like crazy).
And for PS3, I'm not sure if anything will be announced, just loads of gameplay.
Yeah, if Sony tried to make us pay $60 a year for PSN, I wouldn't pay. Seriously, I'm paying for cable internet, so why should I have to pay to use a console online?
