the basic cap for my provider is 20GB per month, I actually have 100GB per month, but I have to ay 70$ (compared to 40-50). Canada really sucks sometimes :(
have you seen the gameplay videos? Or is the simple fact that it's in a somewhat simplistic 3D and on the Ps3 enough to have you bash it?
As for Wii games, if by that you meant that they look better graphically, maybe they do, and? Braid was an awesome game yet had overly simplistic graphics, I don't see it being bashed for "having better looking Wii games", same goes for Geometry wars or super stardust HD.
And if you meant that the Wii has better games tha...
Green day is fine I guess...but Motorhead would have been SO much better. Plus, they've been here for like forever. Plus, Lemmy alone would make this game worth it.
I can see why they went with the Beatles first, as it's a pretty iconic band, and although Motorhead isn't as popular as it once was, they're still quite respected and loved, I say it's time to give them a game.
On a side note, Lemmy is in Brutal Legend from what I've seen. =D
Hmm, yeah, more publishers should have region free games. From what I've seen and heard, Europes gets screwed quite often, just look at Tales of Vesperya.
As for FF13, it's doubtful. My guess is that they're trying to get the game out as soon as possible. Also, if they were to do that, it would probably make quite a few Xbox360 owners jealous...as the 360 ain't getting FF13 in Japan (atleast, they're not supposed to as of now).
but...if it's having problem with fat people, wouldn't be even more problematic for MS, considering they are aiming their console at the average american gamer (of course, I'm not saying every US gamers are fat, however, studies tend to show that gamers are on average fatter, and Americans too)?
Here's the "problems" with the iPhone/iTouch. They both have slightly different specs, even those of the same genration (iPhone 3G had slightly lower cloking than the iTouch 2nd gen) and it looks like the 3GS is really setting itself apart from the others, hopefully the 3rd gen iTouch will be similar to it. Some games, if not most from now on, won't run aswell on all devices. Even right now, some games are painful to play on the 1st gen iTouch and run much better on the 2nd gen one....
I can't wait for this game to come out. Hopefully they will allow for every multilayer modes to be playable online (I mean Co-op and counter-op).
Also, am I the only one who doesn't really like what they have done to the face of that guard? Her face almost scares me =/
In my opinion, Complex was one of Goldeneye's best multiplayer map, if not the best one. As a matter of fact, when playing PD, I often chose Complex over most of the PD maps.
This is just my opinion, but I felt that many PD maps were rather boring to play in, so having Complex was great for me and my friends back in the days.
yeah, most games based on movies suck. However, when the devs are given some freedom, time and money, it usually helps quite a lot.
I believe Ziriux is talking about the controls.
The iTouch is more powerful than the PSP, and will be getting even better each year. However, it's control scheme makes it rather unlikely to get a true 3D third person GTA, something the PSP has. It's also unlikey to get a real MGS.
Another "issue" it has is it's pricing. Most apps cost less than 10$, meaning that the development cost for the game has to be relatively low if you intend on making some decent ...
I don't know if it could work well, but I'd like to have it like Fallout 1-2 for most of it, but have the ability to use vats in combat.
If my memory serves me correctly, as it usually does, IGN also has an article about their hands-on with Milo, and they too have some doubts about it being somewhat controlled, or atleast assisted, by someone, as there was a computer connected to the X360 during their time with Milo. Of course, this could also only be to gather some data about Milo. Only the people at Lionhead know for sure.
Edit : I'm pretty sure you did mention Milo, just look at your 8.4 post, which obviously h...
on the other hand, isn't that a good thing too? I mean, in real life, soldiers get tired, yet they must continue the fight, some have to stay awake for well over a day. This would be like adding fatigue in games, which while not the greatest thing, could be something interesting. Of course, that doesn't apply with every game...
yeah, if enough people buy the PSX game on PSN, they'll most likely see that fans want to see more in the FF7 Universe, announce a remake, a multiplatform one at that, maybe even for 360/PC/PS3/PS2/Wii/DS/PSP, but only expect the 360/PC versions to actually come out in a reasonnable amount of time.
Spoony, I understand what you mean. However, it's somewhat cheap of SE to ask people who already have the game (from it's previous releases) to buy what is almost a direct port, telling them that if they don't, they won't get a sequel. I mean, the game is great, but is it really worth buying 3 times?
And as for Europe, which never saw a release before, people had like 15 years to get it on an emulator, I know it's not right, but if SE decided for 15 years to screw Europe by not g...
so true... to "where a polo", seriously?
expect the entire platinum hits (or are they called something else for the PSP?) to be put on the store at launch. Also, titles from big franchises like Dissidia, Crisis Core, Portable Ops will most likely make it too. I'm guessing that after a few months, most games that sold reasonnably well will be there.
However, don't expect games like Generation of Chaos, Blade dancer, Dragoneer's aria or Yggdra union to show up, but hopefully I'm wrong.
Also, expect most SCE g...
I never played a Catlevania game (really not my kind of games), however, from what I read and was told by friends, the 3D games were not really memorables and Catslevania was at it's best in 2D, even today. Maybe Konami wants this one to be in 3D and believes that giving it to someone else and rebooting the series will finally make it happen, a great 3D castlevania title. (Is it even going to be in 3D, didn't watch the trailer, sorry)
Sure, the DS is a winning formula, however, the idea of finally entering what one could call the "next generation" of handheld seems like a great one to me. Right now, the DS and the PSP are battling over the "current generation", there were some rumors that MS might want to enter the fray, with possibly a much more powerful device. I believe that next year, atleast Sony or MS will want to present a new handheld, even if it is to be released the year after. Since I'm often...
Ac!d was good, Ac!d 2 was better. The fact that some people didn't feel like learning the new system and having a more strategic approach to the game doesn't make it any worse.
