Like you guys, I'm not sure what to expect from this game. Even though Ken Levine isn't behind this one, I hope he has stayed in contact with 2K Marin during the dev process to give them some creative input in line with his vision of the first game.

Will Halo: Reach be great? Probably.
Will it have graphics on par with Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2? Probably not, but I'm sure it will still look fantastic. I think Halo 3 is very underrated graphically.
Will it sell a ton? Most likely.
Am I excited? Definitely!

Looks better than the one they originally released...but I still don't like it much. Good thing the CE box art looks a lot better, which is what I'll be getting.

I'm playing through on Veteran right now. It's brutally punishing. I only have a handful of missions left...can't wait for the pain and torture to be over.

L4D2 demo felt like L4D. I GameFly'd the first one, played through the four campaigns with a buddy and sent it back. It was cool, but I'm glad I didn't buy it. I was considering buying this one on Black Friday for $34.99 at Best Buy, but I'm busy with MW2 right now, and after Christmas my life will be gone with Assassin's Creed 2, Dragon Age: Origins, Fallout 3 GOTY and then Mass Effect 2 early next year. I might GameFly this one sometime next year.

No, not everyone games. Some of us, but it seems the more vocal people (here at least) like to play number of exclusives and others like to play sales, and even others just like to be cheerleaders for a brand.

I'm a dual console owner. I bought a PS3 for Killzone 2. I've played Uncharted and Uncharted 2, and you know what? Halo 3, while it isn't a graphical powerhouse like the games mentioned, it isn't bad at all, like a lot of people say. The lighting in Halo 3 is superb.
I've seen a lot of people complain about Halo's colorful and lush environments, yet they praise Uncharted 2 for it. Hmmm.
Halo Wars takes place before Halo: CE and the Flood is in that, so who knows if the Flood will be in Reach.
I used two pistols as well and stabbed as many targets as I could with whichever pistol has the knife in hand as well...makes for nice quick stabs.
I unlocked it last night and my time was 26.45 or 26.95 I think...160% accuracy if I'm not mistaken.
