Can't wait to see what they have planned!
At times it was clunky, but rarely to the point of annoyance for me.
I played through Mass Effect six times, so I became pretty good with it lol.
I loved the Mako as well, and this is the first I've heard it isn't returning. I already bought the game and am loving it so far, but no Mako isn't a problem for me.
Uber-realistic.
I don't like multiplayer based achievements for the simple fact that not everyone likes to play MP. In addition, people go out of their way to get the MP achievements, which can ruin the game for everyone else.
I have the Xbox 360 load sound as my text ringer.
I absolutely love Forge in Halo 3.
Granted, I don't have the creativity or time to make some of the stuff others have made, but I have played on some of their creations and they're absolutely amazing.
I'm really interested to see how they improve Forge and also Theater Mode. The only problems I've found with Theater Mode is not being able to rewind or crop in Campaign playback.
Agree with both of you.
Halo 3 is probably the most complete game package this generation.
First and foremost, Bungie is dedicated to their community and that is probably the main reason why so many people play Halo 3 nearly two and a half years after it released.
To have four player co-op adds so much to the replayability of the campaign.
Then you factor in the perfectly balanced multiplayer aspect, which is also glitch free, and all the we...
Actually, this would be a PERFECT time to get into the Halo Universe.
Since it takes place prior to Halo: Combat Evolved, it's a great starting point. Let's say someone plays it and loves the game and wants more Halo, they'll go and play CE, then Halo 2, and if they want to complete the Halo games chronologically, they'll grab ODST and then Halo 3.
Oh man this game looks like it'll be even more epic than the first.
"Just the facts.
A quick look at Google shows 48,000 hits for a search on "Racism on PlayStation Network" versus the 134,000 hits you get for searching "Racism on Xbox Live". In the end, the users on the PSN are more mature and no matter what your experience, it is a widely proven fact. Those that say different were the same folks that said, "my 360 has not RROD'd so there must be no issue"... You need to look at the bigger picture."

I agree with BS Police.
If, and that's a BIG IF, if there's perks and leveling, I will be PISSED. Halo 3 MP is one of the only MP experiences where I feel it's fair. Everyone has an equal chance to get the power weapons. I play CoD MP and I rarely can get anything going. I feel completely outmatched and get extremely frustrated when I see my stats vs other people's stats at the end of a game. With Halo 3, I finish near the top more than I finish near the bottom.

Music sounds good, just like all of Marty's scores do.
I had zero intentions of buying Halo Wars because the videos didn't do it any justice, and then the demo released. I figured I'd give it a shot. I played the demo A LOT and I ended pre-ordering and buying the Collector's Edition of the game to get the Flaming Warthog and the Elite Honor Guard Wraith.
Nice list.
I bought half of them.
1. MW2
2. ODST
3. Halo Wars
4. WaW
5. AC2
ODST has so much replay value with Firefight. I've played that A LOT. I wish people would stop saying it isn't worth the pricetag when there are so many games that release for $60 and are single player only with very little replayability.
I still play Halo Wars. It's the only RTS I've really played, but being familiar with the Halo Universe ma...
"enough with the number counting children, lets be gamers
@commodore or any other person who keeps talking sales, no matter which side you lie on: How does this affect you as a gamer if you don't have shares in the company?"
Coming from someone who wants to play as many great games as possible, sales ARE important. Had a game like, let's say...Uncharted: Drake's Fortune been a total sales disaster, we wouldn't have Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

Awesome.
Mine is set to run out in March, so this came just in time.
I haven't paid more than $40 for XBL in the 3+ years I've had it. I've usually bought 'em off of Ebay, but this is the cheapest one yet.
ODST is easily worth the $60, especially compared to other games that have retailed for $60 when they released. Single player only games that cost the same amount, and had less replay value, didn't face the same backlash ODST has.
The ONLY reason people complain, is because they originally stated they didn't view it as a game that would be full retail price. Had it just been announced to be a $60 game, I guarantee there wouldn't be nearly as many people complaining.

I see what you're sayin', but you play against 8 people...I find it hard to believe to have a loadout that can counter everyone.
I dunno, I guess I just can't figure out what perks are best for me.
Maybe I'll try the ones you suggested next time I play.
I can't find anything that says this.
The OCD collector in me wants these items really badly, but I hate Dr. Pepper.
