Gamespot: Too many game modes and variety will confuse the gamer 7/10.

At this point, I'll believe it when I play it. We've been teased before.

It all depends on if Nintendo can strike gold again, by introducing something new to the masses. The Wii dominated sales wise this generation because of the motion gaming aspect, if the Wii2 is just better graphics with the Wii+ controller, I don't think it will force Sony or MS to react. Nintendo's target audience now is almost strictly the casual gamer, and they already have a Wii that they can waggle with. Will better graphics really get them to buy a new system?

And in those four years, its only sold slightly less than the 360 which had a year head start. It has also amassed the widest range of exclusive titles this generation. If this is only the beginning for the console, the next 3-5 years are going to be insane.

Sony lost their money in the beginning, but the cost to produce the PS3 will only keep going down. People can still laugh at the 10 year life cycle, but its not like there isn't a proven track record there. Hell P...

Anonymous were closing in: “okay Mr Moss lives in central london” continuing “hey sebastain if your here wanna just go ahead and give us your phone number?… cause we’re going to find it”.

Hahah, gee, they have the author's name and general location! "We're going to find it!" (dramatic music, guy goes to whitepages.com) Those hackers are so gosh darn clever!

Look, I'm no big fan of the fact that there are about 10 big corporations who basically control the flow of money and power in the world, but those "groups of humans" would never have had the opportunity to invent these products without the financial backing of those corporations. A guy can have a great idea, but if he has no money, it doesn't matter.

And hey, if you guys want to make some powerful people angry, I'm begging you to please get FoxNews.c...

I'd say the great majority of the country uses computers you pop into Best Buy for and plug in and go. Not everyone is sitting around putting together a supercomputer.

As far as "preaching" goes, make sure to tell your buddies to keep their crap to themselves as well. Nothing I said on an N4G news feed is affecting them in anyway. The bullshit they are pulling is affecting millions of people across the country.

Oh and the fact that these idiots are probably sitting in their house and complaining about corporations, while using a brand name computer, using Verizon/Time Warner/Cablevision internet, using General Electric, with a LG television, with school loans from Citibank and Sallie Mae, with Fox News on in the background, wearing clothes made in a sweatshop, and wondering what they will get when they go to McDonalds is hilarious to me.

Corporations run the world, its the way it is. Although, in the grand scheme of things, I'd be more worried about the likes of Halliburton, oil companies, Fox News Corp, all the banks we had to bail out, all the huge stock brokerages that control the spread of wealth in the world, etc. You know, politics, oil and the people who control the news. Shit that should be a much bigger concern than whether or not you can run custom firmware on your PS3.

Bottom line assholes...

What's really crossing the line here is going after employees of Sony. Trying to find out info about their kids? What do their kids have to do with anything. This is nothing more than a form of terrorism.

If these guys are as nutty as they seem, would it really surprise you if one of them tried to kidnapped one of the kids? The scary part is, these jerkoffs would try and justify and probably only rally even harder once the kidnapper got arrested.

Haha, people think Sony lost out on this thing. They sold a couple thousand of these things at 249.99 with a smaller screen, no UMD drive with nearly five year old tech. Friggin thing probably cost them 50 bucks to roll out. Pure profit.

"I simulated a few years in Season mode, and one of the first things that the Yankees did was trade Derek Jeter -- only the team captain and face of the franchise -- for 20-year-old Chicago Cubs shortstop Starlin Castro (and other pieces). Of course, that’s something that the real-life Yankees would never do."

Hmm, I don't know about that haha.

How can he deny accepting donations? Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he ask for donations?

Great deal. Had been planning on trading in Madden since money is tight, but now I can hold on to it. Maybe getting the game a little later will be better off, I wasn't too happy the first time I pressed select in Tropicana Field last year...

No, no, no, a thousand times no.

Does Rovio's nearly 100 million d/l figure include the free downloads from android users?

When are people going to realize that the iPad vs 3DS/NGP offer completely different gaming experiences? (For me, the games on my phone are for those "wow the lines at the grocery store are long" moments)

The irony of the claim that the iPad, with a base level price of $499 (unless you want to jump in with t...

Christ, everyone is really spitting on the faces of gamers who enjoy doing more than paying a buck for a few mindless minutes of fun here and there.

Can't these guys accept the fact that there are people who will buy the NGP and 3DS because of the unique experiences they will offer to real gamers? Why does everyone suddenly want to cater to the guy who throws the paper tossing game on their iPhone to amuse themselves on the train ride home?

Both sides c...

I don't think the Wii market is completely saturated yet. The PS2 has sold over 150 million consoles, I think the Wii is around 86-87. Yes, I realize many of the PS2 sales may have been to replace broken ones, but I doubt that more there are more than 50 million replacement consoles out there. I think the Wii, at least based on what the PS2 did, has no excuse to slow down anytime soon.

The differences however are obvious, the PS2 catered to both hardcore and casual g...

GT5 was given some of the harshest review treatment in the history of the industry, and yet I believe there were articles a day or two ago about how its sold 6.95 million so far.

I think it would've been cheaper for him to sell his PS3 after Other OS was removed and put whatever he got for it towards a nice PC. Crazy suggestion I know.
