If it was Timesplitters it would be multiplatform. Why would crytek a multiplatform developer allow free radical devs to make an exclusive massive budget game for PS3 (think haze).

I'm gonna say that because of the emphasis on the word familiar that it is none of those games and I'm gonna say it's probably Shadow Of The Collossus remade in HD with bells and whistles.
Only the lighting is upgraded. The graphics are not even comparable to the top down view in GTAIII. They have seriously underperformed on the update in my opinion.
Where the DS version suffered was in it's restrictive viewpoint and fluidity of movement due to heavy reliance on the touch screen.
The PSP version has the opportuinity to be a reimagining of the Huang Lee story, more cinematic more robust and fluid to play with greater variety and more to do.

To drop the HDMI cable from the Elite is pretty shoddy. If we were talking about the arcade model then fair enough but Elite should mean Elite.

Presumably you don't smoke, drink alchohol, have unprotected sex, drive an internal combustion engine car, eat red meat regularly, weigh more than your ideal weight (BMI 24-26), own or fire guns or excercise less than an hour a day. I am in two minds on this issue. On the one hand if it were the BNP or KKK co creating the game I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole but then again I'm not gay so it would be very easy to be casual about this author's homophobia. I'm sure it won't affect many people's decision to buy.

One thing M$ won't do is keep much of the exclusive gaming content they have paid for. GTAIV DLC content is all but confirmed for PS3, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and even die hard Live titles like Castle Crashers and Braid are on their way to PSN.

Besides new classes I would struggle to think of areas to expand on really. Every map is pretty much the same depending on preference.
