Absolutely awesome. I wish they'd do that for CSS as bad servers on that game ruin it a little and I rarely play unless with friends because of it.
True. Game had to have been made on a PC.
Fact of the matter is that for the life of the PS3 the idea that it has no decent games or that it is only as powerful as the 360 have been banded about by sceptics and magazines alike. Now that the difference between the two consoles is becoming apparent rightly Sony want to people to realise this. On this very thread there are people who ill never accept the superior power that PS3 affords certain developers and will never accept that 50GB is a lot more than 9GB.
Why is Nuts and Bolts on the list it's awful! The world hub area is fantastic but every level I have played are awful, they look like a mass of art was created for them and then exploded randomly. The inclusion of vehicles didn't lead to more innovative levels it actually lead to the opposite. Don't beleive me? Read the reviews.
When it comes to PS3 not getting games like Star Ocean HHGamer has a point which is mainly that PS3 sells more for certain franchises.
A while back it was revealed that GTA4 sold equally well on both PS3 and 360 despite the exclusive DLC and the higher installed user base at the time of release, in fact it was a 10 million advatage to M$. It was also revealed that Square Enix make nearly 50% of their revenue from Sony consoles despite the glut of exclusives for 360.
Your list of first party developers convince me that My previous posts were correct. As good as those Nintendo studiosare they have all failed to create genuinely brilliant games within the last few years bar Mario Galaxy. The day I completed Shadow of the Collussus was the day that 3D Zelda games were lost to me forever and years later Nintendo have done absolutely nothing to sway my opinion in fact the twilight princess reinforced it. Myamoto himself admitted that all the ideas Nintendo had...
A list of fail in my opinion. Alpha Centauri is outstanding by the way.

Pokemon Battle Revolution
Pokemon Ranch
Donkey Kong Barrel Blast
I can list them if you wish.
Nintendo with the NES and the SNES were going by the beat if their own drum and were better than everyone else out there. Since the N64 onwards Nintendo have been second guessing their customers, not investing in their best games sufficiently and releasing games of poor quality. They have failed to implement online functionality with their games two consoles running and have cancelled games that were in the pipeline for reasons of cost or to release them on their next console rather than figh...
This has been the case for a number of years now. Nintendo with the N64 released two quality Zelda games and one decent Mario game. When it came to releasing the likes of Animal Crossing, Mother 3, Mario 64 (2), they bottled it and faultered. Nintendo have become cautious, too cautious. When the N64 was going strong and Pokemon was released to critical aclaim and mass appeal did Nintendo go for the kill with a fully 3D realistaion of the the game? No. Nintendo had the money the resources and ...
My god that's an awful list. If anything I'm now even more convinced that M$ will do anything but own 2009.
If my PS3 breaks then I will not spend any money or time getting it fixed. No ifs no buts I'd never spend another penny on PS3 products again I guarantee it. That's how it should be. Companies ought to earn your hard earned money not exchange it for something that doesn't work.
The DS just got a whole lot more muggable. Don't get caught out with one of those babies on the bus.
I assume these games are in the list for the music but as far as openings to games go then 3 stand out for me as the best.
1. Final Fantasy 7 opened over Midgar maybe the best realised videogame cities ever created zooming out from the face of Aeris the humble flower girl and intercutting with the arrival of a train that harbours Avalanche the terrorist group intent on destroying all energy producing Mako reactors in the city.
2. Another World opened with a sports c...
M$ don't actually have to deliver anything anywhere close to Killzone 2 they just need enough people to believe they will and they can coast for another 2 years before announcing the 720.
Same thing happened with BluRay. The didn't need people to buy HDDVD they just needed enough people to not buy BluRay in the short term to cause some problems for their competitors.
Kodiak you do realise that 29/40 is more than than 70/100 don't you? If you equal the scores as being out of 100 then WNC would score just under 75.
M$ have spent over a hundred million dollars securing exclusive content for their machine partly in the hope that big names would be enough to win over naive consumers. Name one game that has an obvious appeal in Japan which has scored highly in most reviews! I can't think of any. If M$ thought that high sales of JRPGSs exclusive to the 360 meant success they were mistaken because the fact of the matter is that a bad game means a likely sale of the console you bought it for and had you bought...
The one lesson that all console manufacturers should learn this gen is that if you want quality on your system the best bet is to make it. I think it's shambolic the amount M$ have spent on getting games to their system when they could have produced over a dozen top quality titles with the money. Whether they are worth the money or not is irrelevant IMO it's signals a lack of focus and commitment to your own hardware. If Sony have paid for exclusives then my dissaproval extends to them also. ...

Why Square Enix won't release a proper remake. F*ck knows!
