So that makes the 360/PS3 equivalent to a Wii?! Erm, what? AC3 is equal to it's PS3/360 counterpart at half the power of WiiU.
I'd say that WiiU is more like PS3.5. It's more powerful now, but will likely be out powered by Sony and MS's offerings. This also means it won't get left behind missing out on big multiplatform games.
Screenshots prove nothing nutsack. Nobody can judge Batman on WiiU until we have the full game in motion.
We have no idea what stage of development the WiiU shots are at. To claim superiority at this point is asinine.

Nintendo had a bad conference. So did Sony and MS. Doesn't mean anyone is going to fail because of them.
WiiU has potential. It has a very acceptable launch line up of games where something appeals to somebody. It has variety to cater to everyone. Nintendo is not going to drop the consumers it gained with the Wii, but this time, they are also making sure that they keep the core gamers happy.

Not always are the third installments disappointing. Uncharted 3, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snaker Eater, Gears of War 3, GTA3 and God Of War 3 are exceptions in my opinion.
