I currently know about 20 people who own a Vita and 20 who don't.
So.... there!
*edit*
Pfft....Zebramocha thinks he's so great because he knows people, who know people, who also know people, who also know people who want a Vita.
If he was so great then why doesn't he own... A DINOSAUR!
RGB levels should be set to limited on the PS3. Anyone gaming on it with it set to full are crushing shadow details.
RGB Limited is for use with TVs.
RGB Full is for use with PC Monitors.
The XBOX image is darker because of it's GPU. It crushes black detail. Some developers correct it by changing the default gamma levels, but most don't. When developers don't fix it, you have to change it yourself using your TV settings. Anyone us...
Seriously hyped for this game. High moon studios are to Transformers as what Rocksteady are to Batman!
It's sort of an error with the 360's GPU as it is known to crush blacks, which gives it that darker look. Some developers correct this themselves, but most don't.
The PS3 version is actually how the brightness should look.
I watched it and The game looked bad on the conference too. Its a terrible looking game.
Agreed. Modern Combat on ios looks a lot better than this and thats on Ipad 2. Vita can do better than this crap, as Killzone proved.
Typical Activision.
Got to agree. It's obviously been rushed. The graphics looked terrible compared to other titles.
Still, I expect nothing less from Activision.
I'll have to try the screenshot thing later, but the compression does seem to hide all the jagged edges.
Even so, Uncharted GA is still a great looking game. From a graphical standpoint, it's only faults are the aliasing (which most launch games have) and the pixelated explosions. For this article to claim it's average looking is laughable.
Why does the screenshot that you took on your Vita have all the Sony and Naughty Dog copyright info in the bottom right corner? Serious question as I've never seen that on mine.
Also, Uncharted does not look as good as that screenshot suggests. It has alot of aliasing in person.
I found the game quite tedious to play until a familiar face showed up in the second act which had some of the funniest dialogue I've heard from the whole franchise.
...
Like what has already been said, they add replay value.
Look at it this way. Years ago before trophies and achievements, we were collecting Coins in Mario, Hidden packages in GTA etc.
Trophies and achievements are the exact same thing as what we had years ago, which is why I don't get how some people rage about them (not yourself).
Awesome news! Was expecting them at the end of the month but this will have lifted my summer games drought! Can't wait!
So we're getting 4 campaigns in one game?
What's the catch Capcom? I'm beginning to doubt Capcom's claimed gameplay length of these now.
That is correct, yes.
Also everyone check out the summer sale. Some real bargains like the PSP GTAs at £3.99 each! Sony's first day sale is off to a great start catering for PS3, Vita & PSP owners.
Frickin sweet!!!
Hoping for some Vita content in there too.
@darkheroZX
If Pokeneon has to admit he doesn't own a Vita then you need to admit that you don't even own a 3DS. You've done nothing but crap on the 3DS while try to praise every little thing the Vita has.
You've tried to make out that 3DS has nothing creative, yet write off the likes of Mario 3D Land as a remake when it is the only game i've played where the 3D actually affects gameplay. That and your listing of ports was your big giveaw...
And it is Amazing! Loving the Multiplayer on it too.
@twilight
I really hope that post was sarcasm.
"Yes Galaxy looked good and was really fun, but that was because it was a first party game. Name the really good Wii games from third party developers and that list will be pretty short"
Can't that also be applied to the PS3? No third party game matches the PS3 Exclusives in quality, but it doesn't mean they're not good.
I don't quite understand the point you are making as it can be applied to all consoles. The lack of quality AAA t...
Wiimotion plus released June 8th 2009 and the PS Move released September 15th 2010. So Nintendo did not release WiiMotion Plus as a reaction to the PS Move.
Sony & MS released their forms of motion control as a reaction to the Wiimote. Nintendo never reacted to Kinect or Move.
No they won't. You just think like that because you're old and don't like change.
