I hope this is good. Modnation Racers was a let down for me due to the ridiculous Rubberbanding Ai. Don't get me wrong, I could come first but I couldn't come First and complete the objectives in the later part of the story mode.
Shame really as the creation suite was great.
Why would I wish it was down? Because I just love dropping £35 down on Xbox Live for my 360 to find it goes down and I can't sign in. If I and others can't sign in then it's down. Might not be down Worldwide, but it is still down. If it wasn't then I would be playing Gears online right now.

18 million customers is alot of people to piss off by forcing them into buying an addon. Especially when a few million of those bought the 3DS pre-price cut. For that reason, I can understand why Nintendo will continue to only sell the 3DS with one slide pad.

Your logic makes no sense. You're comparing the PS3 to the PS2 to somehow validate your point.
Was the PS2 Slim slimmer than the PS2? Yes, therefore it was the PS2 Slim.
Is the current PS3 model slimmer than the launch model? Yes, therefore it is the PS3 Slim.

It does look a little cheap compared to the older models but i wouldn't want the gloss back. It was a freaking dust & fingerprint magnet. Somewhere in the middle would be nice.

Ports of console games on Vita will not sell it. In my opinion, the only titles that should be straight ports from PS3, are Lego and yearly sports titles
Developers (Sony included) need to stop looking at handhelds as an opportunity for a quick cash in and treat them as separate platforms just as they do Wii,PS3 and 360.
It's not about how many games there are available and upcoming for the platform, it's about the quality of the titles.
The Vita is far from dead, but, the only games I would class as quality are AC:Liberation, Uncharted, LittlebigPlanet and Gravity Rush. All four, unique to Vita and not some cheap port.

As much as I hate Call of Duty, if it died it would leave a massive dent in Sony & Microsoft's pockets. Sony and Microsoft need Call of Duty to keep selling 20+ million a year. The royalties are huge on the franchise.
Thank god for titles like LittleBigPlanet, Ratchet & Clank, Sly Cooper, Mario, Donkey Kong along with games like Portal and Assassins Creed. Without those, I'd have quit gaming long ago due to the ridiculous amounts of First Person Shooters.
I don't mind FPSs. It's the military ones that bore me to death now days.
Of course graphics can hit a wall. In todays hardware, you can only go as far it allows you. That in itself is a wall. In regards to gaming in general, once graphics become photorealistic, then we cannot go any further. Afterall, how do you improve realism?
