Really?! The graphics seem dated to me and the Veil powers, which would have been considered a fresh idea a few years ago seem stale and generic when compared to the many great shooters released this generation.
If there IS a PS3 slim, I'm going to be pissed off.
This douchebag has some of the best games shown at E3 on that list! God of War 3, Alan Wake, Splinter Cell Conviction, Assassin's Creed 2, Modern Warfare 2, Shadow Complex had impressive showings. Split Second received a ton of "Best Racing Game" accolades at E3. What the f*#%?! 0_0
I think it matters because, to some extent, it represents brand stability in an industry that's transient. I think it's more than a pissing contest. Even if the PS3 surpasses the XBox 360 after another XBox console is launched to consumers, any victory is hollow. Even with it's late start, the PS2 dominated it's generation. Like I said, the video game industry is transient and a console manufacture's successes and failure ebb and flow from generation to generation; just look at Nintendo. I ju...
For as large a game as this is going to be I was expecting a public beta.
By the time it actually does, would it matter? Microsoft will stay in 2nd place during the XBox 360's life cycle because of North America; the second largest video game market, where it has a substancial lead. Even the PS3's success in Japan isn't considerable enough to close the margin. A PS3 price drop in North America would help but the PS3 wont surplant the XBox 360 into second place during the XBox 360's lifecycle.
Look at all the retards claiming dislike and hate for a company making business decisions to best benefit their consumers and make a profit. Kids I tell ya! SMH!
The gameplay has too much depth to be successful using button controls. If you're not committed to learning the total punch controls, don't play this game. It's not for you, with or without button controls.
I don't see how they eat up each other sales. Halo is traditionally released in September and Gears of War in November. Gears of War 2, Call of Duty World at War and Left 4 Dead show that XBox 360 owners will buy high profile releases regardless of how closely they're released. 2010 could be a phenomenal year with Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake, Crackdown 2, Halo Reach and Gears of War 3 as well as what other unannounced projects Microsoft has on the dockets. Maybe something substantial from Rare,...
Do not care until I see the game running. Until I see gameplay videos it's a bullshot. For all the model detail the animations could be horrible. Worse yet, it may not even be running at 60 fps.
It's a bullshot. Has anyone actually seen this game running? No. Just these one off screen shoots of player models. Who cares?! Release some gameplay videos already.
Guess I can die now then. Talk about absolutely obvious choices. I was hoping for some obscure gem I may not have played.
Look, these articles need to just stop. They're speculative, and pointless.
Are you high?! Seriously? Is this sarcasm?
The article is poorly written and retarded. Look, Natal's launch doesn't mean Microsoft abandons its core market or stops supporting core titles. These articles are getting more absurd each day.
Love the Serious Sam series. I really need to go back to gaming on the PC. I'm sure I still have this for PC somewhere.
Let's be honest, besides of the GTA and Midnight Club ( . . . save the last game in the series) franchises, Rockstar's other games have ranged from mediocre to okay. Their other works have been terribly hit or miss with more misses than hits.
What an absolute fanboy article. The added comments were so unnecessary. Anyway, what happened to La Noire? Wasn't that a detective caper set in the '70s or something or the other?
Thanks for the info. I know they were working with a mocap studio. Alan Wake's animation was very fluid.
Because there has already been too many PS3 SKUs. I have 4 friends and we all have 5 different PS3s. That's retarded!
