though it is tru that all three companies make stuff up to make their system and games look like they are doing better. the simple fact is that nintendo hardware is simply a gamecube with a lame controller. they had excellent marketing, and the public ate it up without doing any research of their own.

you can buy 6 games a year with 360 dollars. so if you get bioshock, gta, halo, mass effect, orange box, and gears of war, you'd be set for way more than a year. and then when you're done with those games, you can get part of your investment back. so really...game renting isn't that great of a deal.

I've been saying that for over a year now. people are such sheep. i've owned every nintendo including virtual boy and still refuse to buy Wii. You know this generation, in terms of graphics, has been defined almost entirely by the Unreal Engine 3. And this developer is probably right...sort of. That engine has seen its graphical peak. And i think it's pretty sad that instead of more companies developing their own engines and creating competition for the UE3, they just paid Epic money to use the development tools.
