If microsoft were smart, they'd focus on the camera as their motion sensor and not some retard remote control. There is nothing appealing about moving my arms around all crazy to play a video game. If i wanna play tennis, i'll go outside and play tennis. and if i wanna kill a buncha ppl in a game, i want a regular controller.
I'm pretty sure nintendo is done this generation anyway. They have no 3rd party support and all their first part stuff is out the door.

so because i don't enjoy a game that must mean that i got stuck somewhere? It's rare for me to start a game and not finish it. and i was a big zelda fan back in the NES/SNES days. I just really thought this wasn't a good game. it was okay, had a cool design. The gameplay just was lacking, the story was kinda silly, and i was just bored when i played it. hold it against me...
people need to stand up and fight against corporate dominance.

i play against guys from Germany all the time.
It's going to be good for everyone. But it's pretty obvious Gears of War 2 is going to be the biggest title. It's going to beat Halo 3 i predict. I don't know about GTA though. It would be interesting to see if an exclusive could actually compete with GTA being multiplatform. It's probably the only game that has a chance for a long time.
I hope everyone realizes this is probably going to be it, after this line up, we'll probably start hearing big announcements about next gen...
not to be contradictory. but i owned a n64 and bought OoT the day it came out. I played half the story and couldn't stand it anymore. i went to a friends house and watched him play the last 2-3 hours of the game and it was pretty lackluster too.
i never understood the hype. The first Zelda on NES was the best Zelda. There was one on the SNES that was pretty great too...i think it was the 3rd one, but i could be wrong.
oh, and Goldeneye was the best N64 game.

uh no...nintendo took a chance by repackaging old hardware and changed the name to a wii. microsoft took a chance by pushing online console gaming to the next lvl. Sony just stole nintendo's motion sensor system, and is trying to steal the Live concept.
they haven't done anything innovative this generation. I haven't seen a shred of creativity out of sony.

the playstation is not in early development. It's been developed. you obviously own one. it sits in many ppl's living rooms and bedrooms. people can pretend all day that the playstation has some trick up its sleeve and by the 3rd or 4th generation of software, the graphics are going to be so amazing you won't want to even look at real life anymore...

i am absolutely NOT jealous of Wii owners. what is there to be jealous of? Your gamecube with a permanent light gun? I don't think so, my friend. I've owned every nintendo, console and handheld (including Virtual Boy), and i STILL refuse to buy this last gen console.
