why would they add blu ray?
this generation is half over or more. you can't suddenly add a blu ray to the system. an external one maybe, but you'd be alienating all the people that paid for your system and didn't get it. they'll add blu-ray, but it will be next generation. or if they were smart, they'd drop discs all together and move to another medium.
we'll have to see what the new systems offer, but i definitely think it's a smart move to leave it out this generation.

saints row has co-op. if the gameplay is an improvement over the last one, then they've got a winner...
by waiting, they're going to lose that advantage they'd have over gta. gta's a great game, but no lasting value, co-op would mean ppl play it more than once.
