I meant detailed gameplay info. There are many action RPGs that suck too.
I've heard many say that for a long time, but what are you really basing that on? Up until a few days ago we knew next to nothing about the gameplay. People have been hyping this game for years based on prerendered videos. The setting and atmosphere surely seems great, but there are many other factors that determine whether a game is good or not.
We know nothing about the RPG elements, and it won't be an RPG unless it has RPG elements. The recent trailer showed us v...
Obviously you have to have seen gameplay from both to be able to determine that. Personally, the "mash X" combat in the Versus trailer didn't really appeal to me, although I'm sure it did for most "western" players. Hopefully the combat is a little deeper than it seemed to be. What I look forward to the most is the story and characters.
All current 3D sources will work with the glassless tech. Image quality and resolution will be the same, but the 3D effect is not comparable with shutter glasses tech. Disappointment is almost guaranteed if you've seen how good the 3D is with shutter glasses.
Glassless tech prices are also likely to fall much slower than tech for glasses. This is because it's so different, whereas 3DTVs for glasses are pretty much just juiced up HDTVs.
I hope you can sit very still, and alone - and don't care that 3D with glasses look much better even today.
Noone says keyboard and mouse is better for everything. But for shooters, there's no discussion.
Only possible with mouse + keyboard.
lol KotC. Your link proves you're wrong. It says revenue, not profit.
You're not old if you think the controller is good for shooters. Old people know nothing beats mouse + keyboard. Move is actually a step closer towards the mouse, but I don't know if it's close enough.
edonus,
You seem to overestimate the intelligence of sheep.
Of course it's more of the same. That's what expansions are :)
You cancelled your account because of dated graphics and lack of character customization? (Rhetorical)
It will, 3 years from now when Blizzard releases their next MMO. Until then, WoW is still the MMO with the most content. Even though they just removed over 1000 quests (and added 1500 new ones).
It's a pity good marketing doesn't necessarily mean good products.
Damn, Bigpappy beat me to it...

Quote directly from the press release:
"The number does not include sales of stand-alone PlayStation®Eye camera or stand-alone PlayStation®Move navigation controller."
In other words, the number 4.1 million is standalone Move controllers + Move bundles.
There's of course nothing stopping the software from doing its own skeletal calculations based on the raw input from the camera, but the Kinect API apparently doesn't track fingers.
The additional calculations might be the reason why the input lag in that video is horrendous.
"I played the first one and it was a relatively simple point and click."
So how do you point and click with a controller? That's exactly what a mouse does better than anything.
How about Star Ocean 3 - Till the End of Time?
The entire universe (of Star Ocean 1, 2, the prequel 4 and almost everything of 3) being a simulation which they somehow escaped to become real characters in "4D space". Now that's a plot twist!
In 5 years it'll be hard to buy a TV which isn't a 3DTV. It's not like they can't do 2D too.
I think it's funny that these "fans" constantly bring up a 13 year old game. 13 years ago they were probably half the age they are now. Growing up changes what you like, believe it or not.
I went back and played FF7 again. After some 15 hours I wished I didn't, because it ruined my impression of the game. If it wasn't for the nostalgia factor, I'd stopped much earlier I'm sure. It truly wasn't as good as I remembered. It was revolutionary a...
