To be fair, cutting someone in half is not a pandemic addiction. Anyone who understands how things work would know that removing or adding smoking in a game would have no real impact on smoking statistics. It's just a political move to show corporate responsibility, and Rod has a personal problem with it after losing close friends.
I would call it dumb myself but I really don't care as it doesn't affect my experience at all.
Pretty sure they have more maps ready, they'll just put more into circulation one by one to regulate.
Only reasonable considering 10 GB goes to the Berserker and 20 GB goes to the MASSIVE GUNS OF COLE TRAIN BABY WOOOOOOO!!
Your point is valid but you have to consider it practically. Abuse of mechanics will always be there, gamers are crafty and in competitive play they'll use any little thing to gain an advantage. It's a delimma because if developers keep nerfing the game to appeal to new players (who may leave the next day anyway), then the hardcore players who have mastered the mechanics will lose interest and arguably they are the glue that hold the game together. If the developers realize the abuse ...
?? you want fans to blindly support anything the publisher puts out? You must have a really stupid understanding of what being a fan means. Maybe you're just applying your own blind fanboy loyalty to other non-ignorant people.
wow what a mess
I've only played this game on rare occasions and don't have much interest in it. I feel your pain but I can actually understand why the building feature is there the way it is. The initial purpose wasn't intended to be used that way but I think people just picked up on it so well that it turned into a skill to build things mid-fight. It's really what sets it apart from other shooters and the players who know how to use it can do A LOT with it. You can't just take it away i...
Such an underrated feature! Halo has the best sandbox for this.
loll also Devil May Cry
Who cares?
The Titanfall 1/2 universe is interesting. The addition of Apex is just shoe-horned in there with some generic story that all battle royale game incorporate to appeal to the casuals.
It looks so butter smooth, can't waitt!
I swear I see a new Final fantasy game every time I refresh N4G
Pretty much all other reviews are saying it's good so I'm glad
Wow I wasn't expecting such good reviews, glad Remedy is getting the recognition. I always loved the shooting mechanics in their games.
You have a very simple and uninformed understanding of how a publisher gets involved with a project. The developers are called developers for a reason, they develop the game and are largely responsible for how it turns out, with some exceptions. Forza Horizon for example is amazing because the devs are amazing, Microsoft's involvement had little to do with it.
Lol for real. We barely know anything about this game, maybe let the game come out first.
Wtf are you talking about? You just said most casuals prefer to play in 3rd person? Casuals are most commonly considered dumb...
@PapaBop
I have definitely considered that, but I would argue that losing out customers like yourself can be offset by new customers gained. Do you know the shitstorm Halo created when MCC was announced for PC back in March? It was at the top of google searches, and the populations of players on Xbox exploded just because of the buzz it created. People I know who had their Xbox collecting dust and didn't even play Halo were all of a sudden interested because they kept h...
@tekiz That's a fair enough point IF you already have a gaming PC. Do you really know the population of people who have decent gaming PCs and are looking to buy a console? Do you know if these people would have bought an Xbox anyway if the exclusives didn't come on PC? How can you quantify the impact on sales from such a tiny group of gamers.
There are thousands of PC gamers who never cared for an Xbox, and Halo/Gears coming on PC is just a plus for them, not news ...
This is old news, we already had the outrage 2 months ago.
