You can act like both haven't assimilated to each other, but facts don't lie. The PS4 has a TV service now to add some outside gaming aspects, while the Xbox incorporates features like game streaming to PC devices on the same network.

Improvements can and have been made on both ends.

Sounds like downplay to me lol

"FIrst, clubs/communities are not a gaming specific feature."
They are social areas. You're right, but they allow for people to talk, share, and join each others games. As an example PS4 community feature allows you to join anyones game session in the group. Larger groups usually have dozens of sessions to choose from.

"Second, PS4 hasn't been the most feature rich console this entire gen.&qu...

Looks good now that it actually has a campaign!

But is everyone seriously going to act like this isn't just like the movie Avatar? Alien planet, alien dog like creature (even does the feather like thing around its head), alien flying like creature (colored like in the movie), deploying exactly like the the mechs in Avatar. Don't get me wrong, it's a huge improvement from the first one, but these aspects aren't that hard to miss.

Oh why didn't I think of that? Lol /s

Seriously though, my point is that everyone will be saying "oh megatons" when everything they're announcing has been known since like last week.

I'm sure it's gonna be a Star Wars announcement for their new game. And some Bespin gameplay for battlefront. I'm excited!

There goes another surprise! All the betas, demos, hardware, leaked screenshots of their top games, what they've told us will be there. What's left? -_-

Not surprised, the PS4 is leading this gen in gaming features overall. While Xbox has been focused primarily on entertainment integration.

Both feed off of each other. But gaming features always take the top spot in my book. Good on them.

Sounds like you have a lot of experience with this though process. Hmm.

Anyways, @King makes a good point. Before the news when both were rumors, the Neo all of a sudden was a concern. I can understand that people might not be as concerned with Scorpio because of the underachievement from the current Xbox one. At this point though, Scorpio could be a flat out lie. So there's no reason to compare the two. But either way, the concern trolling articles like this are point...

No kidding...this was probably their "oh and one more thing" that they were going to close off with.

Year over year it's like people get everything out of each company's E3 surprises. I get that social media plays a part in it, but man there are just too many leaks and not as many surprises overall.

I'm beyond excited for it! Any news about a story mode? Or cartoon like chapters? I remember the boss fight from last E3, so I'm hoping that there's a campaign styled layout to it.

"Wow how can you forget the biggest disappointment of 2016 the Order 1866 but list QB..."

LOL

Just cause you're still playing games from last fall doesn't mean that time doesn't go on lol you woke up from hibernation too soon. The fall "best lineup pt.2" isn't for a couple more months. Back to sleep my friend.

Advantage of what? Both companies are divided in their own respects. Xbox has trimmed down since getting rid of Kinect and no longer having Oculus come to the Xbox. But in no way is Sony that divided in their gaming efforts.

They've been doing twice as well as the closest competition with the PS3, PS vita and PSNow all going on at once. MS is doing the same with Windows 10 and its focus for older BC games.

Thank you!
Check out @Prubar 's comment below. His comment isn't the brightest in the comment section, but in no way is it inappropriate as reported.

What we know is that Sony delivers. Having the most (numerous) and diverse games each year is what sets it apart from the rest. I'm looking forward to another E3 presentation of top heavy hitters!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't both of the things you listed shown at last years E3? Here's to hoping it's not E3 2015 Pt.2 based on that.

Link my friend? :(

I'm hoping for a demo at E3.

There is some but not much variety, especially in the far future and recently (Quantum Break). They don't market new IPs even close to what they've done with Halo, Gears or Forza (the yearly franchises this gen). That could possibly change after all the announcements/presentations at E3. We shall see.

Nintendo on the other hand is a different story. I LOVE their games, but some variety like the PS4 would be perfect!
