The game isn't ready just yet according to the dev, but I am much more excited to hear that MS is attempting to do more of what they tried this year with Quantum break.
Which is to release games more than just during the the last three months of the year and leave the other 9 barren. Definitely a good change in my book as a gamer.

It doesn't matter how much MS makes from its other assets. No smart person, no matter how much money their company makes, would want to lose money in any division. If MS truly didn't care about not being profitable in the Xbox portion of their hardware, they wouldn't be trying as hard as they are to be competitive against other successful hardware.

I don't think anyone will be complaining about price. It'll all come down to content and replay ability. The second of which is a little less likely when you consider new IPs MS has released this gen.

MS needs help when it comes to special editions and hardware design overall. This edition would have been better with a metallic finish and blood red logos. Just my personal opinion.
Sounds like this is going to be released in October. This sounds like it'll be Sony's answer to the Xbox One S and they'll have an even bigger answer for Scorpio.
As a hardware company, I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. I look forward to seeing the more graphically capable console by Sony next year.

For me? The hype for Scorpio far exceeds the Xbox One S. Especially for the general market who is seeing the price the Xbox at is currently at.

Either way, all people want is games. You can have 5 sets of hardware that are the most graphically capable. But if you have no diversity, or no games in general, it's pointless. That in itself also kills momentum.

Yeah nice try, but the general consensus is that that's nowhere close to fact. Sony has made their system extremely diverse in the types of AAA and indie games coming out and have come out.
I myself play on my PS4 more just because the exclusives come out all year, and give enough of a break for big name third-party franchises to release in the winter without straining gamer...

Just curious with your notion, how would they kill the vita if they were to do this move? They already have this feature on 5 other hardware devices. If anything it gives more options to people for where & how they'd want to remote play.
If they came out with an official app for the iPad and iPhone for remote play, that would be a total of 8 areas of devices that can remote play the PS4 from anywhere! (Not tied to a local connection)
They're truly unmatched this gen when it comes to streaming features and gaming features all together!

Oh, I think I know. It's because that's all you can use on the Xbox One. Believe me, Spotify (or any like music app) blows Pandora out of the water when it comes to music playing.
