"Excellent list."
You're really pushing for this @343_Guilty_Spark? Why not be mature about it and not push for more of it. I see you do this a lot honestly. And then people wonder why they get banned.
Damn, I was so close to the top. I gotta try harder is what it seems like on my end. But it seems like you've had a lot of time on your hands since the spring (I kid)./s
Honestly though, there's no need for this magiciandude. The comments on this site aren't at all meant to be taken that seriously. It's just games my friend. We all have different views, that's all. Man to man, really think about it. There's no need for them to ban another account of ...
Xbox took one month in the US. It has taken no months worldwide. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I figured I'd provide factual clarification. ** simply as an addition to your comment, not to correct you**
"The PS4 doesnt have much to offer this fall.."
LOL 😂 And MS does? It's been almost 6 months since QB. Now all that's left this year is two franchises that had games last fall, a low budget game and a timed exclusive. Sounds like trolling to me, no where in there was there an opinion with any evidence to support it.
@BakPAin
Huh? ReCore is the known low budget game, as stated by MS. And good for you I guess?
"Xbox1S is still the cheaper UHD Blu-Ray player out there and can stream Amazon/Netflix video in 4K. something both phat and 2% slim can't do."
UHD is a top quality addition, but you do know that just about all true UHD TVs can play Amazon/Netflix in 4K out of the box right? And as good as UHD is, it doesn't matter if the Xbox One has it if it's only getting 3 exclusives a year while the competition is in the double digits.
"how about we all just wait for next year at e3..."
What's tiresome is people throwing Scorpio around like they did with "cloud" and "DX12". I get that this year's MS E3 was lack luster with game appearances and focused on nonexistent hardware, but you yourself can keep waiting if you'd like. It's been a lot of waiting for exclusive games this year anyways. What's it been...5 months?
"How can anyone have doubts?"
It's the fact that everyone doubts that MS has turned the corner and simply making another reactionary move. MS also doesn't have the best track record when it comes to future promises. Cloud tech is still up in the air (literally), DX12 didn't do anything, removing the $150 Kinect...man some people are still even waiting for Milo! (It's a joke)
I think you mean kindergarten economics.
Economics 101 would be knowing that you adjust price based on supply and demand. Whether or not you're meeting sales expectations. Not only by profit margin (as you described) like MS did initially with the Xbox One being $500 at launch but costing less than $350 to make.
If anything the price will be less than the competition to undercut them this holiday season all while opening up a much deeper market at t...
And how is that??
I though Halo Wars 2 was coming out this year? Didn't know they had moved it to February of next.
If that's the case what other exclusives are being launched this year for the Xbox One?? You cannot tell me that the only exclusive games this year were Quantum Break, Gears of War, ReCore (which MS already stated was a smaller budget game), and another Forza. Am I missing something?
I agree with you all in that delays for big title AAA games are usua...
My 55inch Samsung 4K and I say thank you for your facts and common sense my friend.
I'm pretty sure everyone said the Xbox 360 sucked (in regards to discs) because it had multiple disc games, could only play DVDs and had a $150+ additional drive for the failure that was HD-DVD.
I could've sworn I remember hearing last gen how bluray didn't matter, motion controls were pointless, power bricks didn't matter, exclusives didn't matter (it was all about COD, Halo and Gears), and so much more. All from a certain fanbase that has changed its ...
Poorly thought out? Let's look at the possibility of why they're skipping 4K movies.
Them having a lower price point puts them at an advantage. Especially at the fact that the PS4 games will still run better than any other console while being the second smallest. So having it at $250-$299 potentially helps them with the casual game market. Most people don't even have 4K TVs (some of us, including myself, are lucky to have one).
Having the Ne...
"Damage Control" has to be done by the person actually making the said damage. So your definition is a little off.
The price hike sucks big time. But you had to have been living under a rock if this was a surprise to you. They raised it for Australia and Europe, and even mentioned that it was coming eventually across all territories.
For what? For being bothered by the price hike and aware that it was bound to happen after they did in in Australia and Europe?
Overpriced? They haven't even said the price.
Sony's plan with this is mass market appeal while undercutting the competition at the rumored lower price (from article). While the Neo is the go-to for anyone focused on getting the best PlayStation experience.
@TheHorseTamer
"So more =/= better quality"
Never said that. Sorry if I wasn't clear. But Sony has consistently shown that both are possible, not just one side or their other. Im not saying the price hike is good or that Sony have hit it out of the park every month. I'm saying that compared to before, PS+ has improved.
"Defend this more please"
Last gen it was a PS3 game and a PSOne/PSP game each month. Now it's several games across PS4/PS3/PS Vita. How is that not more improvement to quality?
Downplay my statement more please.
Nice new account 😂
@TwoForce
Couldn't agree more with you man. At the end of the day we all have different interest. No need at all for magiciandude to go to this level. I hope he takes the advice. It's good advice.
