The realistic lighting with the PS4 is the biggest difference. You can see it in the Drop Zone loading screen and the Hoth battle scene hold (look at the storm troopers arm).
It's 2015 and 720p is still happening though? The up scaling causes that blurry visual that another article mentioned the other day.
It's not that it looks bad. But if I'm paying $60, I want the best quality I can get on consoles. I'd be ticked if I was paying the same ...
I've played both.
They're completely different.
I'm sure we'll see more of these articles once the game comes out -_-
But I guess we'll keep completely avoiding all the other games (shooters especially) that have taken gameplay aspects from other games.
Now this is what I call a deal!
Top brand LG TV, the top console with the most defining, & most awarded single player game! Don't think any bundle comes close to this in quality IMO.
"So, why should I be concerned that one console isn't selling as well as the other?"
An answer is that there's no need to be concerned about it. People are choosing it for a multitude of reasons. Maybe not as many people, but there's people who are.
Sales only makes a difference for the future, not the present. People really shouldn't be surprised in the future of their console of choice doesn't get as much support as others tha...
Agree...there is no such thing as "fair microtransactions".
You really want this game to flop don't you? lol
I'm not basing that assumption solely on this comment, but on your attitude toward anything non-Halo, and non -MS Exclusive.
It's really not that hard to see it d_g
On Topic:
The game is absolutely spot on with the immense atmosphere it provides. No game stacks up really to the scale of bringing one of the biggest entertainment franchises to consoles. It's an experience in itsel...
A bunch of lucky people lol I've been too busy during the day at work to watch any of those streams or keep an eye out on twitter for codes. I seriously cannot wait to try this out tomorrow.
A spare US PS4 code for the early beta would be awesome though if anyone had one!
Are there codes going out? Haven't received any, but I'd be more than grateful to get one to try it out early.
I'm pretty sure it's closed to people who have met certain criteria though if that is the case.
Great to hear to hear that this year's most anticipated shooter is free from micro transactions! Not to mention I heard that DLC was free. Need to verify that though.
I don't know about you all, but I'd be ticked off if my most anticipated FPS/TPS had micro transactions.
+bubble for Facts! Something not seen too often these days in most of the comment sections.
I'm looking forward to the Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection this week, The Battlefront beta (not listed, but it's my most anticipated game for this year), my brother is gonna try out the Story mode for Minecraft, and Primal Carnage has me excited for the end of the month.
I can see Minecraft followed by Uncharted in taking the month in terms of sales, popularity, and fun!
Increasing the amount of AAA exclusives on top of already being the leading platform with the most released exclusives is great news for gamers!
He's not saying there aren't any. There are PLENTY released and that will be releasing! Neither I or anyone should really have to put a list and embarrass people who will deny that.
@EDMIX
It was a simple mistake on his part man. No big deal. It happens to the best of us.
Battlefront PS4 bundle has 5 games actually!
Why? The games are top notch. They're not AA(+) games, but these indie devs are the guys that become big name developers next gen. The fact that Sony supports them now only means that next gen is going to be packed with great games both exclusive and third party.
It's not like PS Plus as a service has given out the same free game several months in a row? Now that would be something to be disappointed about.

If as a PS owner you are...
Lmao you obviously didn't read the first two sentences in my post. Where I clearly outlined what a "bad" console is in comparison to the black and white answer you and others seem to have.
The list is so that people can see facts on why it was such a great console. Facts that really can't be disputed. That way anyone that denies them knows they'll only be lying to themselves (:
That part wasn't directed to you specifically. My first ...
How is it so bad? The only type of bad console is the one that tries to change gaming in the wrong direction with gimmicks of both software and hardware.
- Bluray (something almost all consoles use now)
- HDMI (to play and watch high quality content that other consoles couldn't)
- Built in wifi (no need for a $70 accessory)
- Cheapest Bluray player at the time (closest in price after was $1200)
- Started at $499 (hmm...same as another cons...
"Dynamic resolution.... o.O You say that like its a bad thing...
When Sony releases anything that comes close to what Halo 5 is doing while keeping 60fps and 1080p, feel free to talk about Dynamic Resolution but until then, you sound foolish and out of your league."
How do I sound foolish when you just said that Halo 5 is 1080p 60fps? If it were to have kept the game like that the whole time then that would make sense. So let me try it your way... ...
The difference between playing this awesome collection is that I don't have to worry about my TV playing at "dynamic" resolutions below the resolution on my tv just to get the same experience of 60fps.
"What sucks more is that Xbox One can do better resolution than 720p. I put the blame on DICE for still using that old ass engine from launch. I bet 900p was achievable ahd they put in the work."
Maybe so. The game has a rock solid 60fps though. Funny thing is...I don't hear the same tune from you on Halo 5 articles when it's sporting "dynamic resolution" that has been stated that it drops below 900p. I guess you and I both agree that more optimiza...
