If you play street fighter than you know its ultimately about mindgames not execution. MK brings high level mind games to people much quicker. You lose because they were a step ahead, not because you accidentally did a shoryuken instead of an ultra.
Some of the dash cancel timing late juggle is just as strict as the few frame windows to link that special in the mix with SSF4. It CAN be easier to do combos, yes, but that just means you are going to get hit by more if you let them. ...

He plays more like Nightwolf (or even jade), except his shoulder slam is detached. He takes a while to recover from his ranged moves but his reflect is really quick.
Theres nothing complete about it. Once again the guy was too lazy to put the strings in as well so he could submit it to N4G as fast as possible.
