I have to admit, its not that surprising or bizarre to me, if only because I had a friend who ate this shit up, train tycoon, football manager, etc back in the day. The only difference I see between this game and the others is that there's snow on the buildings and your customers are elite ski snobs. "Your customers demand removal of that *scoff* snowb...
I dunno, I think they could make a game with elena/chloe as lead. And even if they "killed" drake, there is so much you can do with artistic license to keep them in gameplay.
EG. Artifact that "stops" drakes heart, you only find out halfway through the game that it has actually just slowed down a thousand fold and hes in a coma dream state.

that's just the current state of the genre, just like you progress the story in FPS by committing genocide, at least in RPG instances you get a bit more meaning behind it all.

I don't know why the hardcore fans seem to think that people "hate" the game. Most of what people don't like isn't the game itself, its the mentality of Activision, the community, and over-saturation.

"may be lacking" only refers to a ONE WORD post about story elements (that will still be included via the interactive comic, mind you) and not having the "privilege" of using voice commands.
You know what though? If you're the type of person who loves the idea of the voice commands as a deeper form of role-playing, more power to you. I'm sure there's a few people who will cry...
