i only watched one of them and overwrote the save file immediately.
Misleading info? This obviously wont be 3.99 but in the next paragraph he says "a few bucks"
granted $15 can be considered "a few bucks" but in the context it sounds like you are saying its much cheaper
Theres actually a good reason
tube tvs and scanlines did wonders to hide imperfections.
watching anything designed for CRT tvs on an LCD HD monitor/tv is just misleading. IMO these HD remixes still look worse than the original games played on older tvs, you just aren't meant to see that level of detail
Man I'm really hoping they don't pull a Treyarch and nerf things that don't need nerfing because of scrubs QQ'ing....
Grenade launchers should be great, otherwise who is going to play assault
Read more carefully. He said if you tap fired at THE SAME SPEED as full auto the spread would be the same.
It would be odd if it didn't work that way. Your advantage is that you don't have to shoot the bullets as fast and maintain better control
WTF
where the hell was all this content when people were paying to play.
Just putting it out there, even though its kinda obvious:
Mindlessly "ptfo"ing, without actually suppressing/killing enough people to take control, is WORSE for the team 9/10 times than a decent rambo who has no interest about the objective at all, but manages to harass and kill many enemies.
Also, communication makes this worse. EX: Defusing M-Coms but playere keep rushing and getting killed by the enemies watching over it:

It would be fine if they designed the game around the harder setting and toned it down to add the easy mode. Thus maintaining balance because its easier to please with an easy mode than it is with artificial difficulty boosters for people who like it challenging.
If they maintain that philosophy, the game will be great for everyone! If not, it should crash and burn.
Play to win or gtfo
If there is no counter for camping in a game, then play another game. If there is a counter and you still complain, get better.
COD: UAV, grenades, Flashbangs, Stuns, C4, remote car, grenade launcher, etc....so many tools to deal with campers
BF: Destructible cover, mortar strikes, motion sensors. No excuse whatsoever to bitch about camping. NONE.
If you don't know what any of that means then it doesn't matter to you. Simple as that :D
"Yo, is your mic on?"
"Hello?"
*gets shot by guy who knifed friend*
2 minutes later psn message
subject:
"CHARGING"
._.
*Remove this player from your friends list?*
hmm....
Clearly you didn't read the part where I said its a great game. I beat it multiple times and enjoyed many aspects of it. However it failed on so many levels if you look at everything other than the weapon/item mechanics. I would just rather see older RE games remade on new engines rather than a game whose gameplay is still being used in new iterations.
Your comparison to other 3rd person games is baseless and moot because it assumes I like those games and must respect RE4...
This articles angle and subsequent discussion just goes to show how arbitrary and pointless N4G can get.
You're getting 90% of the game for free, that people paid good money for. If ANYONE complains about not having trophies, they should be sodomized by flying demons*
(thank Patten Oswald for the glorious imagery :D)
lol the "caring" argument.
its the internet
people mindlessly click and type stuff, you should know this by now.
To remake it on a new engine means time away from working on a new game or making it better
RE4 isn't even worthy of that much money and time spent renewing it tbh. It was a great game but still, lets be realistic...
I actually don't mind advertising in games, depending on the game and how they do it.
It should ALWAYS be an option to remove it, however.
Ok, I guess Stargate Universe's opening premise wasn't THAT ridiculously ludicrous after all...
I mostly agree but Squad deathmatch was already pretty casual fun and now they've added a standard TDM AND the ability to turn off vehicles for infantry only matches.
So IMO, all bets are off. It wouldn't be the first game to have sub-divisions of the community essentially playing in two completely different worlds.
Scrubbiness
now if you just read that and thought "yea man f**k campers!"
Newsflash: you're the scrub.
Its never the scrubs fault they died/lost. Its camping, or somethings overpowered, or 'spam', or 'lag-switching', etc. The more reasons you think of, the less logical it becomes until its just pure nonsense.
The amount of scrubs increase by the day because now all the scrubs can reinforce each oth...
TBH they could both learn from each other although right now I have to hand it do Deus Ex.
I don't think ME3 will have as fun gameplay as Deus Ex does right now either, depends on how much variety they add and how viable the melee system is. Either way...ITS ON! Bioware finally has some competition to motivate them to compete more. Only good things can come to gamers from this.
