I'll wait for it to come to Steam, if it ever does. You can't lure me in with free gifts, but then again, I'm a man with integrity.
Too bad it's with Epic...
Looks like all those Animal Crossing midnight launch events paid off for Nintendo.
I remember when Cory Barlog said that he'd love to see God of War on PC, in one of his tweets.

The PS5 will sell on a budget price, which means that the Xbox crowd, who will probably have the deeper pockets, will claim master race status, and with those specs, I'd say rightly so.
The PS5 10.3 Tflop number, is 'peak performance' using dynamic GPU frequencies, meaning that the GPU won't be running at that max clock speed most of the time. This is why sites like WCCFTECH are estimating 9.2 Tflops of average performance. Meanwhile the Series X will be pinned at 12 Tflops, since they are not using dynamic GPU frequencies.
One of those sensible choices.......was not going with Intel.
Years from now, people will ask: "Where were you during the Animal Crossing release?"
None of the provinces are in lockdown yet. I can still go into a mall and go shopping if I want to.
MGS4, the Resistance series, Infamous series and the Killzone series are at the top of the list for me.
A Dean Koontz novel from 1981 called: The Eyes of Darkness, predicted this event. He predicted the original location of the virus (Wuhan), the fact that the virus is a respiratory virus, and the year that the outbreak would take place. Interestingly, they refer to the BSL4 lab in Wuhan (Bio Safety Level 4) as an RDNA lab, which is term that obviously AMD has coined during this specific period of time.

Well, the facts are the facts, the original Xbox One was weaker @ 1.31 Tflops vs the PS4 @ 1.84 Tflops. This was significant at the time, because it meant that a game like BF4 was running at a native resolution of 720p, vs the PS4 version which ran at 900p. This is why we are interested in tech. If you don't want to analyze and debate, then you're in the wrong place.
This isn't true, as educated consumers want to know these specs so they can make a proper choice in determining which company has the better hardware.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with Gamingbolt on this one. The funniest part are all of the articles coming out praising a solid state drive, and sound features, both of which the Series X will have in similar fashion, in an attempt to draw attention away from the elephant in the room. The PS5 won't be a bad console by any means, but just as Microsoft dropped the ball with messaging during the original Xbox One's release, Sony are now doing the same at the start of a new generation. ...
Microsoft might also be holding back their Lockhart console, which has me even more intrigued.
The PS5 will be faster at loading lower quality graphics settings, and that's about it, since the GPU is weaker, the CPU clock speeds are lower, and the memory has a lower bus speed. I just built a new PC with a 2TB NVMe SSD, which loads data at 3.5 GB/s, which is just over 1/3rd the speed that the PS5's SSD will supposedly run, and it's still fast as hell.
The main issue that I see with the PS5's SSD, is that it's only 825GB, which is totally unaccepta...
The world needs fun stores to shop in right about now. The media has gone completely bonkers, freaking everyone out, all while the death rate over this virus has been completely overblown. Here where I live, we've had something like 10 deaths with around 350 official cases.
The problem is, that flights were allowed to continue to come into Canada from China ever since this started, back in early November, and there's no doubt that many many many thousands of people...
Okay, but what about PS1, PS2 and PS3???
When the highlight of your console announcement is a solid state drive, which the Series X also has, you're not trailblazing, especially when the product you're offering is a fair bit less powerful, and has what looks to be very limited backwards compatibility. It's hard to believe that with such a huge market lead in the console space, that Sony would be so far behind on tech, software and features. They will still come out with good games, no doubt, but what they've just sho...
Still an awesome game, even compared to todays open world racing games.
