an article that starts off insulting people just makes me take the whole thing less seriously. and to think i thought this was going to be a good read.
perhaps. but its not uncommon for a game to get a couple control options anyway. the PC already needs the interface and control scheme re-worked.
i personally think the wand and wii mote being similar will only help 3rd parties, where natal is so different its kinda isolated itself... but if natal can show its strength in the market, i could see many many natal enabled games from the 3rd party even if it is to just enhance (still do things by controller, but adds the natal featur...
Just some food for thought. one of the uses I could see for natal with core gaming is not a controller less game... but what if in mass effect 3 you could use hand signs to move your party members? two fingers up and a quick motion forward to tell them to advance to where your radical is pointed. a fist up in the air for hold position, etc. or even voice commands for that (tho we could in theory by using a head set currently).
i see natal + controller as a strong combo.
I hope it is, it could be a very cool thing to have.
Personally Sony's arc seems more ideal for the hard core gamer, but natal seems very interesting and I cant wait to try it myself.
yeap, no money to be made on PC gaming. blizzard will be in the hole after SC2, Vavle never did that well with Half-life 2, you know what I'm pretty sure just having your game on the PC platform means you will be in the red. EA went under from Sims3.

I was on the fence about this game. but after reading it, they just lost my money. even if they were to release it on the PC down the road now. I hate the PC comunity getting the shaft. if anything PC should be easier to make! throw out some specs for it instead of trying to make it work on set hardware.
cell isnt all that powerful... this guy needs to do more research into PC hardware.
I have no idea what the mods are doing. i didnt see anything offensive in my comments, i do agree that many things posted in response to mine showed people being ignorant... i would love an explanation.

I own both a 360 and a PS3, but the PS3 is my console of choice. simple opinion.
if the ps3 one was up to speed with the 360 version i would switch over my pre-order in a heart beat.
if this required me to have a PSP connected to my PS3 vis USB mode.
my biggest problem with hanhelds is i like the bigger and more comfy controller more, and I like my big TV even if the graphics dont look all that good (i play FF7 on my 60gb and dont care).
so i would buy a 1000, and just use it as a disk drive if i meant playing KH BBS on anything other than the small cramped PSP.
Its possible the slim could be effected as users we honestly dont know every hardware change made inside a console, but i dont see why some many people are upset. over all i respect this site and if they are getting reports I am glad they are putting it out there. if sony is saying "its safe" when its not, i would want to read about it too.
