how are they judging "over priced"?
first off without manufacturing costs we cant know for sure,
and secondly if we are just looking at a price without costs, then its subjective.
i'm still getting it. a little higher than I expected. but looks like an interesting technology.
i see nothing wrong with regulating Video games based on rating. no minor can just go see a R movie, just like no kid should be buying GTA.
once again, we have great angular test, but its not true 1:1 when it just looks at angles.
i cant wait till the game can tell I'm hold the sword out of my right and make a stab around the doods shield. as of now it would just see a "slash" rather than a dynamic stab.
yeah, and then they happen to see it and look. when I go downtown i go for a reason, doesn't stop me from looking at a local artist performing.
this is also why you guys will never be marketing directors.
its their target audience and gets the word out. if done right this could have been a really good ad for them.
yes Kinect cant capture every movement on your body, and as such you can just practice your real bowling game. its the truth, and one only haters are going to argue.
last time I checked we played games that go beyond reality into fantasy worlds, a world where the best kind of boomerang is big swords on chains that instantly come back to an angry spartains hands. if you are going to call foul on this bowling game, you need to cry foul on everything else.
the core might not be interested in Kinect, and thats fine.
however all things have their issues (e3 zelda demo anyone?). its unfortanate that MS didnt do more with this Maci's thing. they whould have had their reps trained to keep things going smooth.
sorry didnt realize MS and Square had this sort of relationship.
MS is providing a platform
Square enix develops games.
just so happens the 360 got some games this time around. more flaimbait articles trying to make trouble.
says who?
ok... then dont use it. personally i think voice commands the the most intuitive.
it says not to move it, so this is sort of a dumb point. only people who really want to troll act like this proves anything.
its a problem with the style of drive. there is nothing keeping the disk in place when you start moving it around. so shit like this happens.
place your system somewhere safe... like on your media center, mine stands with its left side against part of my media stand, to ensure it wont get hit/knocked over.
would it have...
look at the fanboys disagree. if you cant even face the fact that if you are really a core gamer you shouldn own all the consoles because they all bring things to the table, there is no helping you.
you see the thing with core is, the real core dont choose sides. the real core get everything to experience everything.
I think steam is just fine, and I think more services need to work like steam.
i can access anything i buy from anywhere, but only 1 computer can use it at a time.
my movies off itunes and music should work the sameway.
i can have X number of "ok" computers that i can download my shit to. only one computer can be running the software and logged into my account.
I'm a ps3 owner and want it. I will embrace anything that adds to my gaming experiance.
currently the mouse is 8 times out of 10 the best way to experiance things (menus work so much nicer with a mouse IMHO). and I think move could go further.
not my PS3 slim and 360S.
both are almost not noticeable over the sounds of my PC's fans.
and the 360S is defenetly more noticeable with a disk in than my ps3 slim.
Lies, they make too much money off it.
I dont buy that either. the West for those who actually endulge in RPG genre tend to like variety. and reviewers typically dont want something overdone, or stale. square just needs to spice up their franchise. removing everything but a 5foot path isnt going to get them good reviews, when there are epic story western games wich allow for exploration and 100s of side quests as well.
Dragon Quest, Lost Odyssey, Pokemon, Final Fantasy all reviewed really well.
except Final Fantasy and co. do sell well here? its a good market, its not like its some nitch market that is not worth while for developers...
why not? people bought a balance board that isnt used outside of a few nintendo games and a few fail snowboard games for 100, they spend 60 for guitars, and 20bucks to make your wiimote look kinda like a gun.
the consumer so far has taken interest in Kinect, and Honestly at its the price i expected.
