No it doesn't. Alan Wake, Gears of War 3, and Rage running on the 360 all look as good or better than any game on the PS3.
The PS3 isn't more powerful than the 360. That is a myth spread by Sony to try to undermine the momentum the 360 had built up in the marketplace.
Most dependable sources (i.e. not first party Sony devs) have said that the two consoles are fairly equal in power. In fact, a few have said the 360 is effectively more powerful.
Other than that I agree with everything you said.
According to the list of resolutions at beyond3d.com this is how it breaks down more or less:
720p or higher:
360 = 137
PS3 = 116
Sub-HD (less than 720p):
360 = 40
PS3 = 56
The PS3 has quite a few more sub-HD games than the 360.
God of War 3 looks good, but it's not "oh my god, the best thing ever on consoles". It really isn't even up to the level of Uncharted 2. Some parts are, but some aren't. Gears of War 3 looks as good or better than Uncharted 2.
Forget the screenshots then,. The point is, we've seen actual gameplay videos and it looks extremely good.

MGS4 and all the Ratchet and Clank games on ps3 are sub hd. Can the ps3 not even run multiplats or its own games in HD?

Some of the stuff you said is false. There are interactive elements in Rage's environments. For example, at around the 1:30 minute mark he shoots a pipe and water starts spurting out of it. Also, the enemy AI and path finding seems more advanced than I ever saw in Killzone 2. Rage's enemies can flip off walls and climb and maneuver over the environment in pretty dynamic ways.

You ps3 trolls are so obsessed with exclusives, even though half the exclusives suck. There are far more good multi-platform games than exclusives. The only exclusives I like on the ps3 are God of War 3, Uncharted 1&2, MGS4 and Killzone 2. If it wasn't for multi-platform games the PS3 would be starving for games that appeal to me.

You are so biased it is ridiculous. RROD affected the earlier 360s but it is no longer a problem. Besides, don't act like the PS2 didn't have an unacceptable failure rate. Half the people I knew with PS2s had them fail.

Those saying that component cannot pass a HD signal are morons. Go do some research. Component can pass a 1080P signal just fine. The only exception was that some studios would not allow their HD movies to be passed over component because component did not support copy protection. However, games on the 360 never had that requirement so component could pass a 1080p signal just fine. Most games on the 360 and PS3 are 720p anyway.

If a game is available on the 360 and not on the PS3 then it is a console exclusive. The console market is it's own demographic and console exclusives play an important role in which console people decide to buy.
Absolutely. The best game I have played so far this year is Mass Effect 2. My most anticipated upcoming exclusive is Halo Reach. Well, Fable 3 is also one of the big games I am looking forward to, but I think Reach will top it overall.

Halo Reach doesn't get the credit it deserves when it comes to its graphics. It looks way better than some people give it credit for.
