The older Gran Turismo games sold at a time when there wasn't as much competition in the market for racing sims. Now there is Forza, which has received critical acclaim and respectable sales.

The graphics are definitely some of the best on console, so I don't see how 9.5 is so unreasonable.
Anyway, all previews and reviews have been extremely positive so far. It's looking like Reach will be a defining game in the Halo franchise as well as in gaming in general.
I see 360 fans praise Uncharted 2 all the time. It's extremely common.

Not with anything good. GOW3, Heavy Rain, LBP2, GT5 are about the only significant games on PS3 this year. 360's lineup matches that easily.
I am sure they always intend to improve the design, but of course they could make mistakes just as when they first launch a console. The PS2 Slim did seem to be prone to the issues you mentioned.

Stupid reasoning. Anybody that has spent any time with an Xbox 360 knows what color the buttons are.
