Nope, you're the only one. Well, you and a few other PS3 fanboys. Everybody else seems thoroughly impressed.
It has been confirmed--the droids need some upgrades. Especially in the area of visual perception. Sony needs to switch out those 1980s visual sensing devices with something more modern, something that can actually perceive more than 2 colors and see in 3 dimensions. Maybe then the droids can perceive what is right there staring them in the face.
Pfft! oh puhlese, like you ps3 fanboys would ever admit to being impressed by any 360 game.
You go play Uncharted 2 like a good little boy. At least that game really is a good game and I have no trouble admitting it. Too bad you guys miss out on so many good 360 games.
Again, Shocky is a hundred times less fanboyish than you, Dustgavin. You are 100% of the time a big, fat, PS3 fanboy. At least Shocky has said good things about both consoles, unlike you.
Edit: I have been gaming for a very long time and I couldn't care less how long you have been gaming. Actions speak louder than words, and the point still stands that you are consistently anti-360 and pro-PS3, unlike Shocky, who although not being perfectly without bias, is still far, far m...
I was going to say the same thing. It wasn't long ago that PS3 fanboys were holding IGN up as one of the supposedly non-biased sites.
These guys are a laugh. They can't even get their story straight.
Edit: Coming from as big a PS3 fanboy as you, I'll take that as a compliment.
I'm the same way. I like the PS3, but PS3 fanboys really get under my skin. Saaking is nothing but a troll, so I doubt any true gamer cares what he thinks.
ODST is a f-n great game. From what I have played so far, the 9 was well deserved.
Edit: 3sq, say what you will, but shocky is a hundred times more fair than Saaking. Nobody is 100% impartial, but when you troll as hard as Saaking, that's just sad.
Actually ODST looks pretty damn nice. It definitely looks better than Resistance and Resistance 2 that's for sure. It also looks better than the Call of Duty games in many ways (COD also looks better in some ways). Killzone 2 and Gears of War 2 look a little better, but so what? THe graphics are plenty good enough to immerse you in the game and the gameplay and atmosphere is exceptional.
So what? I played this game a year ago and now get to enjoy ODST as well.

Except PS3 games don't have a higher standard to live up to. You guys act so arrogant.
What this is, is that Sigma is a year old port that doesn't have anything too significant (according to the review) to distinguish it from the original. And yes, it is also going to be compared to games like Uncharted 2, because they are coming out around the same time. But this doesn't mean the PS3 has a higher standard of games in general.
Exactly. It makes perfect sense why IGN and other sites do it that way. Don't mind morganfell, he is just another one of the tinfoil hat-wearing fanboys who think the entire world is in a plot against Sony.
I agree with everything you guys have said. ATI usually gives you better bang for your buck. Since I am not rich I often end up with ATI cards.
Why in the world would Microsoft not want to put games on both of their platforms? Games for Windows and Xbox 360 both need games. Not every game is going to be on both platforms, but many will. It just so happens that both of Microsoft's platforms are able to run similarly graphically advanced games. In essence, though, it really is no different than what Nintendo or Sony do in supplying games to all of their platforms.
But let's be honest, if as many people had gaming rigs ...
Here's the problem with that whole "the 360's actual installed base is much smaller than reported because of all the faulty consoles". If that were true, then the 360 is really, really raping the PS3 in game sales.
If the 360 actually has a smaller install base--not to mention problems with piracy--yet still sells more games than the PS3, what does that say about the PS3? Could it be that millions of PS3s are actually purchased primarily as Bluray players?
Even if hiphopgamer did say something like that, he doesn't represent Xbox gamers at large.
You guys are silly. This game is getting scores mostly in the 7s, which if you understand most review scales represents a decent game. A decent game like this isn't going to appeal to everyone, but there are going to be some people that love it. I am sure all of you have a favorite game or two that scored in the 7s. A console having one more decent game in its lineup is beneficial, no matter how you look at it.
In any case, why are there more PS3 fanboys in this article than ...
Don't worry, this one isn't on the PS3.
Oh please! The difference in exclusives? You mean those two or three games on the PS3 that arguably look marginally better than the better games on the 360? Two or three games? Wooohooo! Let's be real, the majority of exclusives on the PS3 are nothing special in the looks department.
Games like Infamous and Resistance and many other exclusives are either below average or merely on par with games on the 360. I don't know why you guys brag about a couple of games. The 360 ...
Until this year, Sony was the same way. Just because the PS3 had a good year doesn't warrant making a bunch of inaccurate generalities. Next year looks completely different for the 360, with several megaton games coming out in late winter or spring. Alan Wake, Mass Effect 2 and Splinter Cell Conviction are going to be huge. I don't think I have seen any console in recent memory with a lineup like that so early in the year.
I know. I can't wait.
