It sounds to me like they took the best of R1 and R2 and further improved upon it. :) I am excited for this game.
I think people should stop talking about the PSN pass. If you buy used on Craigslist and buy the PSN Pass, you are STILL saving money! Only now you are saving money and supporting the developers. If you buy it new, you have nothing to worry about and don't have to pay anything extra. The only scenario where it is bad is when you're buying used to only save $5-10 in which case you should cough up the extra money for it new.

Well maybe you didn't complain but they were removed because they were non-essential and people wanted a cheaper PS3. They wanted it to be cheaper to play PS THREE games not PS TWO games, hence why removing bc was not a big deal to the people who actually wanted a PS3. In the end it's all about the games, not some stupid memory card slots.

Great read. I loved Driver 3, even though I thought the on-foot missions sucked. The driving was top-notch and so were the cop chases. I preferred it over Vice City just because of the intense driving.
I hope someday they make a real Driver sequel again. Driver 4 but not having to be rushed. I think now that they are with Ubisoft, they'll give them time to finish.

Socom 4 is a good game. I got the first Socom when it came out and I see nothing wrong with this game. The single player was just as good as any Socom game and unlike other shooters out today, it actually used tactics which automatically elevates it above quick kill games like Call of Duty for me.

Yes! Sonic Rivals 2 was awesome and very much like the games of old only in 2.5d. The racing aspect was fun but you also could go through the levels in solo.
My personal favorite was the carnival level with ghosts that appeared when it got dark, reminiscent of Sandopolis Zone on Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
It's health packs for single player so maybe for multi again. Auto regen sucks, it makes it too easy!
Are you serious? SCEE was useless even with David Reeves. It was useless from the get-go. SCEE always got stuff later than America since the PS1 days. Andrew House hasn't even been in charge of SCEE long enough to make any lasting impact.
Pretty much. The tons of people who have bought consoles in the past aren't interested in mobile gaming. The mobile gaming crowd are people who never bought consoles anyway.
^It is a real Street Fighter game. It's using the SF4 engine, the only difference between SF4 and SFxTekken is that it has Tekken characters in it. Think of it as SF4 with Tekken characters in it.
