It has never been a problem for Nintendo. They are releasing port after port of N64 games. All of their franchises on DS were also on GC/Wii, etc...

I guess it sucks that you didn't enjoy it as much as a lot of other people did but not everyone likes everything. I see you must have super high standards though if you think MGS4 and Uncharted are the only ones that are special.
I completely disagree, it is a solid 9/10 game... And before someone foolishly comes in here claiming that it's his opinion and he has a right to express it, well fine... I have the right to express myself by disagreeing.
Telling everyone that you have no right to disagree with a review(someone's opinion) is doing the EXACT same thing as someone saying a review is wrong. Therefore making you a hypocrite and thus quite lame.

This is my favorite Resistance game! :) Personal favorite FPS this year too. Not really into COD and Battlefield looks good but I like SciFi much more and they won't have weapons to match this game in it.
They do count as sells just like games given away with consoles(bundles) count as sells. Wii Sports didn't get so big because it sold by itself, it sold that many because it was given away with every Wii.
Yup R3 is a gem, even people who didn't like the series think it's great. I hope Insomniac do a Resistance 4 as a launch title on PS4.

I'd have to say this is the best Resistance so far. Better than FOM and better than R2. I'm thoroughly enjoying it.
I usually agree with GI but in this case they are so far off from my opinion that it kind of puts doubt in agreeing with their future reviews.
Yeah what's up with that? R3's graphics are a leap over R2s... Almost like the leap from Uncharted to Uncharted 2.
The fact that he says it copies bubble shields from Halo pretty much discredits this whole review. If they can't get basic information correct, how could you put any weight behind the rest of what they have to say?
Um not me. I expect it to sell more than 2 and on par with 1 maybe slightly less. No opinion is going to change how it does.

They could combine COD4, MW2, and MW3's story into one and have an average sized story.
It's not the end of Resistance for Insomniac... Ted Price has stated several times that they will continue to support the Ratchet and Resistance universes and there are employees within the studio that still want to do it.
The only thing they said is they weren't slated to do a R4 at the time being, most likely because Sony wants them to wait to do a fourth one for PS4.
Yeah me too. The chimera necklace was alright but the other preorder bonuses sucked and the air fuel was the only good one.
I can see a lot of sites like that but R2 averaged 9/10 with lots of 10/10s and 9/10s... I think it'll do fine.
